Mondays Murmurs

Mondays don't have to be a race - let them be a rhythm.

By Zakir UllahPublished 5 months ago 1 min read

Mondays often carry a weight - the

pressure to start strong, to move fast, to

compete with the ticking clock. But what

if we softened the beginning of the

week? What if Monday could be less

about the race and more about the

rhythm?

New week, new light.

It isn't a competition. It isn't a fight.

Take one breath.

Take one step.

You've already begun. That in itself is

progress.

This week, try being gentle with yourself.

Growth is not something you can force.

It doesn't come from rushing or racing -

it comes from patience, consistency, and

quiet persistence.

Be soft. Be slow.

You've got time to grow.
