Kites are such a vibe—soaring high, lifting spirits, and making you feel free! Even with the struggle, it’s all worth it when they catch that perfect breeze and glide. Loved it! Dear🤗✨
Beautiful Haiku. Well Done!
I love the phrase 'Winging heavenwards'
Great challenge entry!!😊💕💗
Beautifully done! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
I’m so sorry to hear about your struggle with OCD, Spinstress. It’s such a misstereoyped and misunderstood disorder. I have a very closed loved one battling it right now. A medication switch, an OCD specialist, and a Biblical counselor have all been helpful but it’s still a daily struggle that’s exhausting and overwhelming.
I kinf of want to comment with "weeeeeeee"
I enjoyed this. The last line of your note reminded me of my husband accidentally taking a kid out on the beach. We've never flown a kite since 😂
Oh, this is so wonderful and inspirational! Love "winging heavenwards" :)
I LOVE a kite! I'm always drawn to them when I see them being flown. We used to fly them as kids on our farm. Bloody irritating when they came down but awesome when up in the air! Loved this!
My impatience could never deal with flying a kite, lol. Loved your Haiku!
I loved flying kites when I was a kid. Your Haiku brings back pleasant memories of the sensation of the string tugging on my fingers as the kite rocketed up into the sky. Great and original challenge entry, Angie!
Beautiful Angie!!! I love it!!
Lifting lagging spirits. So good!
Made my heart happy...thanks :)
This is so wonderful! They make for quite a beautiful sight and this made for a lovely haiku! Loved it, Angie!
Aww, this was lovely!
