Love Goldens - Buddy
How does one express the love they have for their dog? For the past 9 years I have lived and fulfilled some lifetime dreams. Dream #1 - owing a Golden Retriever and Dream #2 - Becoming an ethical and honest breeder. In December of 2012 - Buddy and Holly joined our family and things have never been the same. I honestly don't even know where to start with my BUDDY, he seriously was the funniest, sweetest and most entertaining dog I have ever owned. He made me laugh on a daily basis. We lost Buddy unexpectedly on September 29, 2021 and his passing has impacted my life on so many levels. I realized that writing about Buddy and trying to capture the gifts he brought to this world - would not only be a healing process for me, but some of you dog lovers out there might enjoy reading my Golden Tales.

My Brother, A Dog
I had the best life; one any cat would love to have. I lived with a sweet kind little old woman. Our life was the best it could be. We’d get up with the sun have a nice breakfast together while we watched the news. Then she would get up and say, “It’s time to exercise Samantha.” And she would reach for this little thing that would shoot out a beam of light. It was so much fun chasing that around the room.

Wavy Dane
We all have that special little or big creature that has stolen our hearts. They are the best things to ever happen to us. Their loyalty, companionship and emotional support is beyond human comprehension. Yet we can still FEEL it. Can’t we? No matter the size or breed this sentient being has us wrapped around their paws. Dragging us in to give them one more treat, one more hug, one more walk. The big paw that has me wrapped around and around is whopping 130 pounds of love. When he first rescued me I found him drenched and muddy. But who cares? I didn’t. He slept in my bed that first night and hasn’t left since.

Pop's Gesture of Kindness
I had a cold. This was when Covid had just begun to make news headlines, so in reality I probably had that. Lots of people had the same suspicious cold around that time and felt the same way about going out, so being careless about it didn't make anyone a bad person yet. I was not a bad person for it. I had to tell myself this, that I wasn't a bad person, for anything that I'd ever done.

How can introducing cat in your home
If you make a decision to feature a brand new cat in your home, it commonly comes out extra to you and your own circle of relatives than the cat you as soon as enjoyed. Although maximum feline are obviously solitary, all they could do is be given or subsequently tolerate any additions. Pussycats may be a actual treat, that's why you have to usually be cautious while introducing a brand new cat in your modern cat.

We Don't Get Out Much
When I tell people I have a hound dog for a house dog, they don't usually know what to expect. My dog is a German Shepherd mixed with a Treeing Walker Coonhound, and it should be noted that both of those breeds usually produce dogs of about 60lbs to 80lbs, give or take. I have the best of both worlds: Kobe, and his tall, lanky hound dog frame, packed with German Shepherd muscles, and black and tan coloring, coming in at about 110 pounds and begging for more food every chance he gets. Have a burger? Keep an eye on it, Kobe will snatch that right out of your hand if you aren't careful. I've lost many sandwiches, a couple of burgers, and even a piece of cake to him just by not paying attention.
