So starting your day well will help you to stay productive throughout the day.

Tip #1 | Try To Wake Before The Alarm Goes Off And Get Ready For The Day
There are many benefits of waking up before your alarm rings.
The best thing is that: You get extra time in the initial hours of your day where you can relax and enjoy the present moment.
You can enjoy the fresh morning air, meditate and get a jump start on your day.
If you find it difficult to wake up before your alarm, these are a few things that you can try.
First: Go to bed a little bit earlier than your usual time, So that you can get a good night sleep.
Second: Keep a water bottle near your bed to stay enough hydrated throughout the nighttime.
Finally, Make sure to keep your bedroom dark and free from all light sources.
But if you are afraid of dark then use a low-intensity dim light that can easily get in any electronics shop.
This will set a great tone to help you wake up in the morning.

If you like me who constantly tends to forget things and miss important times. Then scheduling can do wonders for you.
As through my experience I have seen that if I take the time to get organized and create a schedule, then my life becomes less stressful and clutter free.

Use Notion:
This is probably the most important tip. I use notion to write down almost every important thing.
Here I can keep a separate page for ideas, to-do list, Book notes, etc. The best thing about it is, All this is free.
You can even create a calender where you can plan everything.
As having a central place where you can see all of your upcoming deadlines and appointments is the key to stay organized.

If you want to improve your health, it's important to do a little workout each day and to eat a nutritious breakfast.

It can also help you maintain a healthy weight, improve your mental health, and boost your energy levels.
As for breakfast, it's often called the most important meal of the day for a reason.
Eating a nutritious breakfast can help you to start your day right, giving you the energy and nutrients you need to get through the day.
So, If you're looking to improve your health, be sure to do a little workout each day and eat a nutritious breakfast.
Doing this regularly will not immediately give you results.
But later you will find the process even more satisfying.

Tip #6 | Reward Yourself At The End Of The Day
When you've worked hard all day, it's important to reward yourself.
Whether it's with a delicious treat or a relaxing activity.
Taking some time for yourself at the end of the day will help you feel refreshed and ready for tomorrow.
One of my favorite ways to reward myself is eating little cheat meal.
This releases little amount of dopamine in my brain which I think is enough to stay motivated.
But I strictly avoid cold drinks because they have high amount of sugar which is not at all good for health.
Similarly you can find many ways to treat yourself. It can be a warm bath, eating icecream, etc.
Whatever you do, make sure you take some time for yourself every day. Because you deserve it!
