Would You Write It to The Wind?
I was asked to think and write about some questions that were posed to us recently in a writer’s workshop that I regularly attend. The questions were if you could write something deeply personal, would you write it to the wind, to one person, ten people or a stadium? And would it make a difference?

Night
It’s around 2am and I can’t sleep. Could be any number of reasons. Friends are going through hard times and I’m never sure how to reach out or even if I should. The arm hurts, and the leg. I had too many covers on, and my internal thermostat is always set to High when I sleep, so even on a cool night like this I can wake up clammy. I haven’t written anything in weeks that wasn’t for uni, and that usually means there’s a bottleneck inside of me somewhere.

Being Homeless Was A Blessing ! (Yep, You read that right.)
I know what your thinking " Intriguing title, but is this just another generic story about someone who was "homeless" and became a millionaire and 100 FABRICATED stories just like it all over Facebook?" Well, I can't promise that it will be an unforgettable page-turner, but can tell you it is 100% true and it's MY story. My journey and how it was a blessing in disguise.

Learning About Yourself
If you think it is important to know about yourself only because I or someone else has told you it is important, then I am afraid all communication between us comes to an end. But if we agree that it is vital that we understand ourselves completely, then you and I have quite a different relationship, then we can explore together with a happy, careful, and intelligent inquiry

Alternatives For Meditation
My body was trembling. A red-eyed bird flew into me. It flapped the wings in between my eyebrows. I was fifteen years old when I experienced this during my first ever meditation. Since then, when I hear the word “meditation,” I ran away as much I could for the next twenty years. Then the magic happened, during my thirty-fifth birthday, I received a free meditation course coupon from my brother. It is a two days meditation program.

This Simple Math Equation Is Your Secret Weapon For Success
I sucked at Math from ages 6–11. I was more of a writer. At 12, I got an amazing teacher who changed my perspective on the subject. He’d constantly show us that Math is everywhere, and it’s crucial to how we live our lives. From there, I was hooked. Now, I don’t hesitate to show my 6-year-old daughter the power of Math, and she seems to be shaping up to be a lot better than I was at her age.

Are You Stuck in an Existential Waiting Room?
There’s nothing quite like it; a waiting room. It’s a dimension all on it’s own. Pale walls, sterile atmosphere, this subtle yet deafening hum of silence. You can feel people breathe. Printers are beeping. There’s an abacus in one corner. Plastic seating lines the perimeter. Water fountains serve no other purpose than to provide wet stagnation. A receptionist who, by rights, should be relabelled as the Head Waiter, the gatekeeper, she smiles methodically. And then there are the clocks — or are they bombs? — ticking by indefinitely, leading up to this uncertain unknown.

What to do when you are losing it.
At different points and times in our lives, we all have been in this zoned out state. This is a state where nothing seems to be going the way you want or feel it should, or probably you just have gone through a very tiring relationship, and all you could ever think of is to leave or disappear from that place you are. Trust me when you are at the point of losing it nothing else matters, you don't seem to care about your environment, your next actions, or who might be affected by your decisions, all you will desire is to get all of your brains and if possible you wouldn't mind lifting your head and just placing it on the table staring at it. You seek for faster means to let of the stress and all out but you find out the more you want to try and wrap up your head to figure out a thing, the more it somewhat gets difficult to figure out, the funny thing is you will get more tired and worn out then it might lead to you behaving rationally, unleashing your anger on any innocent individual that crosses your path.
