How to face the good and bad in life?
Life journey can be plain sailing is not much, many times have to face the pain of injury. Poverty, bad luck, failure, suffering, one or the other. Even if we do not encounter major setbacks, we will encounter minor twists and turns. Life is long, ever smooth road? When adversity comes, it is useless to complain about depression, the only choice is to face it calmly, brave to smash the pain, in order to overcome adversity, adversity into power, more strenuous efforts. Life is often unpleasant, although everyone is eager to life road full of sunshine, no thorns, but twists and turns, suffering, adversity will always come uninvited. It is true that adversity can make people cry, painful, and bring psychological trauma and mental torture, but adversity can hone perseverance, cultivate talents, and stimulate potential. The power of life comes half from success, half from the vigorous after failure. Many times people develop their potential and achieve great success not when they are in good times, but precisely when they are not. People only after experiencing all kinds of hardships, will become strong. Life will always have its ups and downs. Adversity is only a temporary "ebb" in life. When you are faced with adversity and setbacks, you don't have to complain. You should learn to treat it calmly and rationally. The ancients said, prosperity is not joy, adversity is not sorrow. Few people are fortunate enough not to suffer a little setback. Adversity is nothing but a "barrier", a small "bend" in the road of life. As the saying goes: What goes wrong, comes back. For every blow life throws at us, it gives us some kind of compensation in another form. The key is to adjust your attitude and work hard at it. The more adversity you face, the less you can bow to fate. The more setbacks, the more we must know how to work hard. The more bad luck you encounter, the more you have to live. Adversity is a mirror through which you may find your blemishes, and a good teacher from which you may learn many lessons. People tend to get carried away in prosperity and it is difficult to see their own shortcomings. Adversity can make people wake up, make people self-reflection sum up the lessons of failure, revise, improve their character. People can realize the true meaning of life in adversity and learn many things that can not be learned at ordinary times. Life is because there are many "bends" to sublimate the quality of life. It is because of countless "barriers" that the vicissitudes of life are revealed. It is the ups and downs of the ebb and flow, just present the colorful life. When adversity befalls you, complaining is not the way, nor is it the best policy to endure it, cowering is harmful and unprofitable, the only way out is to be calm, grasp the difficulties, and persevere. Only do not lose faith, self-esteem, spirit is not broken, we can smoothly walk through the "bend" of life. "Adversity is a mirror through which you can find your blemishes and a good teacher from which you can learn many lessons. It's the ebb and flow that makes life so colorful." If miracles are extraordinary, they often occur in the conquest of adversity. Seneca once said, "True greatness lies in the divine invincibility of a weak mortal body." Talent from temper, a little setback, in adversity, a depressed, stagnant people will never succeed. On a gray day, do not let cold fate smile. Temperance, which is required in the face of fortune, and fortitude, which is required in the face of adversity, are more difficult in moral cultivation than the former. Sailing smoothly is admirable, but sailing against the current is even more so. The extension of life road is also the dialectical unity of straight line and curve. Life is realistic and society is complex and changeable. Everyone who moves here will not be plain sailing, will encounter this or that kind of trouble. The contradiction between ideal and reality, the obstacle of interpersonal communication, the difficulty of learning, the trouble of emotional life, the failure of competition and so on, in the final analysis, is that people suffer setbacks in reality. No one can understand the mystery, perhaps it is a lot of fate! You can resent the unfairness of life and feel sorry for yourself. However, you have to take your lessons seriously, straighten your shoulders and stand up to the obstacles of life or the inevitable problems of work. Those who have tasted the taste of failure may have a deeper understanding of life, and the failure in your youth may be of greater benefit to your future development. There are only two kinds of people who regard adversity as a treasure: those who are determined to overcome it. Without such determination, no matter how much emphasis is placed on "adversity is opportunity," it will only turn into another tragedy. And those who can see adversity as opportunity. Without such wisdom, adversity can only bring more misery. The French writer Balzac said, "Things in the world are never absolute. The results vary from person to person. Suffering is a stepping stone to genius. It is a treasure for the able, but an abyss for the weak." Since "life is bad nine times out of ten", the task before you is to overcome difficulties, overcome adversity, and create a new life. All happiness is by no means without cares and troubles, and all adversity is by no means without comforts and hopes. Bacon said: the virtue of man is like precious sandalwood, only in the burning fire will give out the most rich fragrance. Just as bad qualities are revealed in happiness and intemperance, so the best qualities are revealed in adversity. Life is like a sea, only the strong will of the people, to reach the other shore. Therefore, we should take a positive attitude in life, turn adversity into prosperity, overcome all kinds of difficulties, and achieve the greatest success in life.

Living with CMT
I have this hereditary disorder called Charcot Marie Tooth Disorder also known as CMT. There are so many different types of CMT. The one I have is CMT1a. This disorder affects the nerves and muscles in my body. Mainly my arms and legs, but can affect other parts of the body as well. This often gets mistaken for having something to do with your teeth but it has nothing to do with them at all. Many Drs. do not even know what my disorder is. This is something that causes me not to be able to work. I have 2 biological sons and a step-daughter and a step-son. I have been with my fiance for about 11 years now and we were together as teenagers as well. I have known him since I was around 9 because I was friends with his sister. Maybe I will tell our story another time. I was first diagnosed around the age of 7 or 8. My family had no idea what this was until I was diagnosed. Then everyone on my dad's side had to get tested. Come to find out that my grandma, dad, aunts, and one of my cousins had it as well. When you have a child with this disorder there is a 50/50 chance that your child will have it. Well, this 50/50 chance hit myself as well as my two sons. They are almost 8 and 6. This disorder only gets worse as you age. My 6 year old has hip dysplasia in one hip and walks on the side of his right foot due to this disorder. My 8 year old has a very high arch and has hip dysplasia in both hips. This is something that I never wanted for my children. They both have orthodics for their feet also known as AFOs. This disorder can eventually put us in a wheelchair and cause our hands to curl up. This does not happen to everyone. Everyone is different but there is always that chance. The chance.... that is what kills me. The chance that my children could end up in a wheelchair is devastating. Now, this disorder has caused me to have depression. I was made fun of in school because of my AFOs and was outcasted because I couldn't do the same things as the other children, I couldn't run, I couldn't do squats or anything like that. I need something to pull myself up onto when getting up off of the floor. I am not like other people. I feel for my children as well because I know that they will go through the same things I did in school because kids are cruel. I wish people would teach their children that not everyone is the same and that some people may have problems. Living with this condition is hard. It is hard to get out of bed, sometimes I can hardly walk, I am in constant pain and there is no cure. I will always be in pain. My children complain of pain sometimes. It kills me to see them go through it and there is nothing I can do. I had surgery on my foot about 2 years or so ago and they reconstructed my whole right foot. Like my 6 year old son I was walking on the side of my foot, this was so painful. I can only imagine being that little and already going through that pain. I am trying so hard to not have him go through surgery but maybe it would be easier on him now than later. CMT is one of the worst disorders to have. This horrible disorder makes life complicated.

The ultimate guide to better results
We all want to be better, but how do we get there? We can start with the little things. We often think that we need to make major changes in order to see significant results. But sometimes, a tiny thing can have a big impact on our performance. What tiny thing can we do to optimize one aspect of our performance? And then, what else? Every detail of life and work can be improved. For example, if you’re a writer or blogger, what’s the first step in writing an article that will get more shares than your previous posts? Write it well!

How to trust others and gain trust yourself.
Trust is something we as human beings need to survive. We trust people to process and cook our food, to drive us, to build our homes, to be there for us, and to keep us safe. Many people do not realize the importance of trust which can lead to issues with the others around them. For some people, trusting and firmly believing people can be difficult. Sometimes people have bad experiences when it comes to trusting people. Maybe someone read something that you wanted private, like a diary, or shared your secrets. However some people just build walls around themselves because of anxiety, or stress. One thing is for sure, trust is something everyone should learn if they yearn for a happy life.

Step, Step, Step... It's Time To Take That First One
To my subscribers and friends on Meta (facebook) excuse my five-week break from writing. As usual, I am trying to juggle three or four plates at the same time, and as usual, it is the writing plate that I drop first. I will be writing sometime about my latest project which is showing some promise and also allows one to exercise creativity in a different way than what you may be used to. It takes some work, but it can be fun as well.

4 Ways I Personally Grew From Creating Over 200 Videos Of Myself. Top Story - July 2022.
I've been a writer since I could remember but I only started blogging 3.5 years ago. Why? Because I was scared. I was scared to put my writing out there without the academic label, the business structure, the multiple edits from other people and that final stamp of approval from a manager, a committee, a professor etc. I was afraid to own my writing and be on the hook whether it dive-bombed into the abyss or grew wings and soared with the eagles.

Building Good Habits Will Move You Beyond Willpower
“We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit.” - Aristotle This post is an exploration of positive and negative accumulation — that is, the effect of doing something (however small or seemingly irrelevant) regularly to the point that its effects compound over time. For me, this often revolves around learning a skill, but I think it’s equally relevant for lifestyle choices such as eating, exercise and even moral choices.

Life, What Even Is It?
Almost every person I have talked to either has not found their purpose, or thinks life has no purpose. Most people just think we are here to work and die, but I think that is false. Yes, we might be in a simulation. Yes, there might be higher beings in a different dimension than us. Yes, there might be a 4d world thinking of us exactly how we look at 2d. Yes, the chances of other planets with life just like ours is pretty high, doesn't mean we should just throw our lives away. I truly believe every single person on this earth has a purpose, maybe every persons purpose has a different impact on the world, but everyone has a purpose. I will use my experiences as an example. I am only 18, but I have met some pretty amazing people in my life that genuinely changed who I am, and some of them I have only talked to for a couple months. Around this time last year, I met someone that was visiting from a different country. I have wanted to get into business and/or finance for the past couple years now, and somehow, at the exact same time I really started to read and take action, I came across him at my job. He knew a lot about business and finance, teaching me some things along the way and really pushed me to be better, some things he taught me actually became habits that I still do to this day. It has been pretty long since we talked, but I still truly think he has had the biggest impact on who I am today. Someone's purpose in life might not be to find the cure to cancer, or invent a multi-billion dollar company that helps users get news instantaneous while at the same time chatting with family. The purpose of a person being brought in this world is to make someone better, or help them through tough times, and I feel that when people fulfil their purpose that was given to them, is when god takes them away from us. I think money is valued too much, and people should start living life and fulfilling their purpose. I am not saying quit your job and go out on a vacation that will put you in debt, but I also don't think we are all put on this earth to work for 40-50 years then die. Life is bigger then what we are taught, and I think the sooner people realize that the system the government has put us under is keeping us mute, is when people will truly start to experience life.

People Hacks That Make Others Feel Thankful For You
Leadership Practice #1 Pass the gratitude, please! Be thankful at work. Sometimes we wonder how we are perceived if we are valued and appreciated. It is nice to not make anyone wonder about how you feel. Here are some reminders to create a climate of thankfulness with others.

How can we improve our lives?
The New Year is always a time for us to reflect upon our lives and decide in which direction we would like to go. Year after year we make resolutions of things we would like to achieve, be it in our career, business, health or relationships. If you are anything like me you will realize that you lose sight of your targets as the year progresses. Even when we start the year with energy to make some real improvements in our lives, we find our motivation is depleted before the first quarter. We fall back to the old patterns of behavior that create the same financial, social and health limitations that we have had in previous years. But why do we find it so hard to improve and create some long lasting changes that will improve our lives. Year after year our salary scale remains the same, our business turn over does not grow, we remain in the same toxic relationships and stay with the same unhealthy bodies. We only improve a little bit but fall back time and again. How can we make some real long lasting changes in our lives that can make us have the life we have always dreamed about.

The society sharks
The world has become like a dark deep ocean infested with sharks, on the lookout for the slightest weakness. A quarter of well-intentioned people who only want to do good, are comparable to vacationers on the beach. Carefree, relaxed and lost in their dreams. They do not know the danger that is coming for one of them. These vacationers could stay on the beach, enjoy the warm sand and lounge chairs. But human beings need to be in constant movement, change their environment and above all, they need to connect with other people.
