Do People's Issues Ever Really Get Resolved?
Do People's Issues Ever Really Get Resolved? This blog topic is on the serious side. After many years of working with people on teams that sometimes have needs for conflict resolution, I still ask myself “Do people's issues ever really get resolved?”

Be in the moment
Don't you think that our lives will be much easier and smooth if we are in the moment always? If you are studying, be in the moment and study thoroughly, and give your all without being distracted. When you're with someone, you give them your undivided attention, respecting both their and your time, rather than being preoccupied with business phone calls. Like this, you get to enjoy every bit of that moment.

Discovery of Intrinsic Motivation
Motivators are internal or external forces that drive or inspire a person to be successful, accomplish tasks and goals, and care for themselves. From personal observations, a major component of many individuals who suffer mental illnesses such as depression, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, or anxiety is their inability to properly internally motivate. As an individual who suffers from borderline personality disorder, anorexia, depression, and anxiety, I have primarily utilized my external motivators almost my whole life. The reason for this is most likely due to my low self-confidence, which causes me difficulty with internal motivation. As I have aged and matured, I have realized that I cannot completely rely on external factors to motivate myself. I have to use my own future, my own health, my own welfare, and myself as a whole as motivation to cherish, accept, and care for myself.

7 Tips to Achieve a Happy, Meaningful Work-Life Balance
1. Do what you love I know, it seems obvious but you would be surprised by the number of people that hate their jobs. All the memes about it, the hate for Mondays… it is no brainer that most people live a miserable life by working on companies or areas they hate. Why? Mostly because of the money. But is money everything? I am a leader for the past 11 years and I had several coworkers who hated their job, and you know what I did? Helped them find a new one! We spend so many hours of our life working that is essential to find a place where we feel appreciated and happy. I myself, changed work several times in order to find the place that met my criteria. And you want to know one thing? By changing, you can reach a higher salary that, otherwise, you won’t be able to reach by staying in the same company. Do it for you and your well-being. And the rest will come.

Under what conditions do people grow the fastest?
We grow best when we recognize that we need to take responsibility instead of running away from it. People with neurosis often attribute their pain to the outside world. In their view, it is other people, bad luck, an unsatisfactory job, and other external things that hold life back. The anxious person thinks it's uncertain things that haven't happened yet that are bothering him. The compulsive thinks that life's imperfections make him insecure; The hypochondriac will blame all his problems on bad luck -- "how unlucky he was to have a physical problem"; Jealous people will think, "since you have been born, how can you be born bright?" How can there be people in the world who are better than them in all aspects.

For moments when you feel left behind everyone else
I’ve been through several moments when I felt as if life was moving too fast. A lot of my friends started moving out of the places we grew up in. Some of them shifted abroad to pursue their masters while some of them just shifted homes. I was happy and proud of them but I was also a little sad because I did not have such a dynamic shift.

How Affirmations Help Me
Have you ever heard of negative self-talk? This is when a person will talk to themselves in their mind but instead of building themselves up, they will tear themselves down. As you can imagine this makes the person suffer from self-doubt and worry pretty much 24/7. This is me in a nutshell. I think I was in elementary school when my mind started this negative self-talk. Now I am grown, and my mind is still very susceptible to negative thoughts. In fact, they are constant. Of course, I can now see how much my negative thoughts have affected my life in every way. There are so many things that I have forbid myself to even attempt because I am convinced that I will be fail. It is like the negative thoughts have put a leash around my neck.
