9 Signs You're an Alpha Male
The term "alpha male" has been heavily vulgarized by pick-up artists. Many believe that this is a humanoid King Kong, who grabs females and drags them to his lair without further ado. Although in the animal world this term has a much more interesting meaning.

Empowering your mind
Is it true that the terms mind power methods conjure up images of power, strength, and accomplishment in your mind? Can you tell me whether these terms have any true significance, other than in science fiction movies, where you see characters with enormous power attempting to either destroy or rescue the world? Is it possible for the mind to generate superhuman abilities like those shown in science fiction films?

"How to log out in 2022"
“How to log out in 2022” Promises I’m making to rest more The art of “logging out in 2022”. Another performance of heroic efforts brought to us by the past couple of years. Just your favorite main character, a tragic hero, maybe someone closely resembling your inner thoughts/self and on the outside as fit as you before everything happened. (A sleep hero would be nice at this point) . My inner thoughts and process for “logging out” in the era of aimless scrolling — for when I no longer need to sleep at 3 am.

My New Year's Resolution.....Sleeping
As a Mother, Model, Author and Businesswoman it's the one thing that is key to keeping me sane. I know in 2022.....that word isn't so familiar. But I have made Sleeping.....my New Year's Resolution. Why??? Simple. A lack of sleep can cause weight gain, premature wrinkling, irreversible brain damage, and so much more! Plus, why would I spend all that money on the luxury satin bed sheets to help keep my hair smooth and face clear? Just to not enjoy it...Since I currently have more time on my hands, I have re-decorated my room to feel more comfortable and calming. More "cozy" and relaxing to me.

Some of the things I've learned in my Forties...
As a forty something...OK 48 and yes, it is definitely closer to 50 than forty but it all feels the same. Yes, things hurt a little more and take longer to heal than they did 20 years ago, but this age is so much mellower than it was 20 years ago.

Manifesting. It's one of those buzzwords these days, owing to a flurry of new books, infomercials, and movies proclaiming that nothing is earned or worked for, but rather that things "manifest" in one's life if they "ask" or "think" the proper things.
