7 questions to ponder before embarking on a weight-loss program
1.*the timing right? The timing was right. I had just come off of a job where I was working long hours, and my spare time was eaten up by homework, so I decided to start going to the gym regularly. I knew that if I didn't start taking better care of myself, I would continue to put on weight, and eventually I would get to the point where I would be too heavy to play sports. I needed to lose weight, but I also needed to make sure that I didn't lose too much weight.

Why we should celebrate our differences.
As long as I can remember myself, I have always felt very different from other people, and to a younger me this was a tragedy. Children desperately want to belong , to be accepted by the group, they need this experience in order to feel safe, as on a basic animal level not belonging literally means death. For our ancestors it was impossible to survive in the wilderness if they were rejected by a group, hence why for a developing psyche the experiences of not being accepted can be very overwhelming on a biological level. Additionally , as a result of feeling rejected in our formative years , we tend to develop all kinds of limiting beliefs, since children are a lot more likely to assume that the problem lies with them, rather than with the situation, societal values etc. I remember so vividly how I had wished I were someone else , someone “normal” and part of the group.

Day #4 of 100 Days of Ukulele (and Blog)
Tonight I played and sang the third song that appeared on the Ed Sullivan Show on February 9, 1964, “I Saw Her Standing There.” It’s such a fun song, and John and Paul wrote it when they themselves were only around 17. I always feel like dancing whenever I hear the song or play it on my ukulele.

Don't let the hate percolate
January is never an easy month. In fact, we often - as a collective - judge the rest of the year based on what terrible events take place in January. This year I want to challenge you to look at the first month of the year from a different perspective. Instead of looking at January as an excuse to doom the rest of the year, look at it as a reference of what not to do for the 11 remaining months.

We Have a Dream. Runner-Up in We Have a Dream Challenge.
As soon as the subway doors slide open, the game is afoot. Civility is the only thing preventing commuters from stampeding inside the metro like wild beasts. Instead, they wait patiently, feigning a tolerance they do not feel, as the passengers inside vacate the train at what feels like an impossibly slow speed. From the corner of their eye, they size the competition and ask themselves critical questions, such as: "How close are the nearest available seats to me?" and "Will I have enough time to squeeze past the woman with the stroller and the guy with the bike before that group of teenagers takes over the entire compartment?" After all, securing a seat during a long commute can make the difference between a blissful ride and a stress inducing one.

Because We Dream. Runner-Up in We Have a Dream Challenge.
Because we dream we have the ability to create our own internal world exactly the way we want it to be. We feel kindness within us just as we experience all other feelings. Kindness may seem like something we do, but you can feel it within as well. If ever the phrase win win was true, here is one for the books. This creates an effect that can be contagious. I see see people now, running around, talking about, "Let me feel it too". At the cash register asking how much are you short?, telling the cashier, "Ill take care of it". or clearing out our closets and choosing a really nice piece that you paid a fortune for but never wore. Saying to yourself, "Now someone else can feel the comfort", as you bag things up for the local clothes drive. Maybe you will be visiting local nursing homes to read or play an instrument for the residents. I can already imagine just how quickly this will start trending. Those random acts of kindness become the thing to do forever. This could do so much for everyone all over this plane. Imagine it, World Hunger ends, Everyone has shelter, water, food, a harmonious day and night, and kind people to share life with. This would be like a super hero saving the people from themselves. Wouldn't that make a great character KINDNESS the super hero of Love, an amazing force extending across the world. There are a multitude of ways we can show kindness so we can take our pick. If I were to consider a few ways that I will foster in kindness in 2022, One way would be to include acts of kindness that I have noticed directly or indirectly and give names if given permission. Another would be to be honest and open providing a respectable degree of transparency to ensure that my actions remain in integrity. Also, using my voice as a way to inform, encourage, and inspire people all over the world.

Achieving the impossible
My story began when I was in middle school, and I had a passion for learning languages, knowing that I study in Morocco, the language of instruction is Arabic, French, and the third foreign language is English. However, I was able to master it through online courses and investing in myself by participating in many Programs After that, I was watching action films by actor Jackie Chan, and the Chinese language began to interest me, so I began to learn it. Traditions, at this time I had taken my baccalaureate degree majoring in Mathematical Sciences, a French option, and I started a Bachelor’s degree majoring in Computer Science. At this time, I began to learn skills in the field of ethical hacking , and to go deeper, I used a Russian website in this field, so I said, Why don’t I learn this language because Because of its difficulty, I am a person who is very passionate about learning difficult things. I love discovery and developing skills, so I started using applications and programs that help me learn and acquire skills, and here I am starting my journey in learning this interesting language. After a year passed, I found myself mastering it perfectly, and frankly, learning it helped me sweep the field of computer science and get to know friends with high experience in this field, and here I am now in the first year of the master’s degree in software engineering. For the third time, I started searching for a new language, and this time I chose the Spanish language because of its ease, as usual, I use online programs and courses, but I have a good degree in it. Two years have passed since I started this beautiful language. I would like to conclude by saying that all this helped me in my career path, and I am now a contractor. I managed to establish many companies in several countries, I do not need to mention their names, after I worked as an employee and gained experience, and after failing several times in entrepreneurship, and here I am now able to achieve all that I wished for and the advice that I will give you is to never despair when your projects fail. Try and then try until you can do it and invest in yourself through online courses and educational sites.
