Because We Dream
We can change the world one night at a time
Because we dream we have the ability to create our own internal world exactly the way we want it to be. We feel kindness within us just as we experience all other feelings. Kindness may seem like something we do, but you can feel it within as well. If ever the phrase win win was true, here is one for the books. This creates an effect that can be contagious. I see see people now, running around, talking about, "Let me feel it too". At the cash register asking how much are you short?, telling the cashier, "Ill take care of it". or clearing out our closets and choosing a really nice piece that you paid a fortune for but never wore. Saying to yourself, "Now someone else can feel the comfort", as you bag things up for the local clothes drive. Maybe you will be visiting local nursing homes to read or play an instrument for the residents. I can already imagine just how quickly this will start trending. Those random acts of kindness become the thing to do forever. This could do so much for everyone all over this plane. Imagine it, World Hunger ends, Everyone has shelter, water, food, a harmonious day and night, and kind people to share life with. This would be like a super hero saving the people from themselves. Wouldn't that make a great character KINDNESS the super hero of Love, an amazing force extending across the world. There are a multitude of ways we can show kindness so we can take our pick. If I were to consider a few ways that I will foster in kindness in 2022, One way would be to include acts of kindness that I have noticed directly or indirectly and give names if given permission. Another would be to be honest and open providing a respectable degree of transparency to ensure that my actions remain in integrity. Also, using my voice as a way to inform, encourage, and inspire people all over the world.

When I was a little girl, I was quiet, and I liked to read books. The other kids would call me names and rarely chose me to be on there teams at recess. I would sit to the side and read because I would always have a book with me wherever I went. As I got older I began to try to include myself in things, boy can that be the hardest thing you ever done in life. As a child it would have been a lot easier. A friend of mine told me that she felt like I never include anybody in the things I do. I told her I never thought anyone wanted to be included in my reindeer games. She laughed and said "silly everyone keeps asking why you never join in" She said" sometimes you got to include yourself and see how it all works out. I never thought about it that way, yeah now everyone can see my books and maybe even read some of the stories I have written. This got me to thinking about how I may have been holding myself back from being able to share my ideas with the world. I decided to open up and share my thoughts outside of my notebook and my thoughts. I'm sure we all have different ways that we have experienced situation where we felt left out. They all seem to go the same way, someone is left feeling like they are not included. The lists of ways to forge in inclusivity can be endless and we should remember to consider the feelings of those who may be left out. Personally I plan to create an environment that is available for people of all ages, shapes, and sizes to speak. I am also going to use my voice to promote others who are including others in their life and making space for everyone. I am also going to make time for others and not allow myself to be too busy all the time. Together we can make sure everyone is included.
Fostering in kindness and inclusivity typically happens on a personal internal level as well as the manifestation which we sometimes see in the physical. Therefore, by all of us here today committing to a plan at the same time, it holds more power than if we had done it alone. As well, we are opening up a window of accountability that is powerful as well. This tool can allow us to have healthy, kind, individuals to give us a nudge to keep us on track. As kindness, inclusivity, merge with commitment and accountability we will begin to see changes happen within others and have a healthy reflection from which to base our actions and reactions. These simple changes within us all can change someone's entire life. When I consider the hard work Dr. King put in to ensure generations to come would have format to review in order to form plans that are better suited for the present. Although Dr. King eventually gave his life for the cause, he provided a narrative for us to get a glimpse into our time cycles. This will allow us to make sure we are continuing to make progress towards harmony among all, and kindness and inclusivity are critical to making dreams come true.
Because we all dream we all have the ability to create a space within that fosters kindness and inclusivity and we can then bring it out into reality to be a part of the numerous examples we have. Leaving behind a narrative gives a starting point to build from and access growth. We can all be apart of changing the future one dream at a time. The narrative that we create will be our foot prints in the sand for others to see and consider where we may have been going with our ideas. This will create a ripple effect that will make a wave throughout the universe and back for generations to come continuing the legacy of Dr. King.
