Reasons Why I Workout
Our society has structured our thoughts about body image. Both men and women have these specific body types in their heads that make them feel attractive. For men, it’s the shredded muscle man. Men try to achieve that superhero look, such as Chris Evans and Chris Hemsworth. Women try to achieve the slim yet toned athletic model look, such as GiGi Hadid. Women must obtain a muscular figure along with having a large bottom, flat stomach, and a thigh gap. In recent social movements though, body positivity has been the wave. Everyone’s bodies are different sizes, shapes, and metabolisms. It is unproductive to have everyone meet the same standard. I workout to be healthy, not look like a model.

The Evolution Of LoOpy Land
LoOpy Land is a place of freedom and expression. There was a time when no one but me had access to the wonders that is this wacky place. One day when I was about 13 yrs old, I decided to unlock the massive Willy Wonka sized gate , and allowed the world to take a peek inside.

My cozy corner
What is my cozy corner? When I first asked myself this question I did not really know my answer. But after a day I realized that my couch and table is the place that I spend the most time. It has been my bed, my desk and my table along with many other things.

Let's Get-Cracking
Have you ever wanted something spectacular out of life, like having a successful career, own a business or two. Like you wanted to be in something other than what you are doing. Make a difference in this world, leave a legacy, build an empire, but when you found out what it took to get there, you went into I don't feel like it mode. Believe me, you are not the first and definitely won't be the last to feel this way.

Time Management
One of the hardest disciplines to master in life is that of time management. For some it’s easy, for others its just a constant struggle to fit everything into 24 hours. For me time management is a mindset, I have a diary for key events and a ‘to do list’ but the actual management of time is done in my head, in my minds eye.

Struggling during lockdown?
You’re probably thinking this is another article pushing the importance of mental health and yea, you’re right, it is. Why? Mainly because we’re in a second national lockdown with only ‘essential’ businesses opened, but what does essential mean?

Good Deeds Big & Small...
There is a phrase “We never know the good that a smile can do”. Smiling at people is one of the smallest good deeds you can accomplish with the furthest reaching effects. There is no cost - only a moment of thought and a wealth of return, whether to us or others. We can be doers of this deed or recipients- both have positive effects.

Solitude
" It's the spirit that wants to acheive, it's the ego that wants to compete. We all need some quiet time, or at least some alone time you could say. We should fill our cups up first you know, it's not being selfish, its being selfless. If we can't love oursleves, were very much not capable of loving someone else. If that makes sense, well it does but you know I just wanted to say that lol. We really shouldn't be depending on anyone or anything to make us happy in life. That's always been in our own hands. That makes us the creators, you yourself have the paint brush in your hand. The canvas is there, all the tools and ingredients to manifest what youve been looking for. The things that spark joy in your day to day life. Those beautiful, oh hold up i'm running off topic again let's slow down lmaoo. You get the point though, sometimes our minds might get off track but our heart knows the way, sit in silence in listen to what your soul has to say. We call it integrity for a reason, when your alone, that's when your your real self. I mean of course you can be yourself when your around other people. When your alone however, you have no other influences around you, no suggestions, no questions, it's just you. When were around others well personally, I find myself a lot more open and receptive to my peers. Maybe if were working on some sort of project they might suggest an idea. Where as if I was alone I simply wouldn't. Being in solitude is great in so many ways, but it's definitely not the same as being with you family & friends you know. We hold memories close to our hearts, were creatures full of wonders. Reflecting eachothers insecurities, our beautiful angles, co-existing in harmony. Love is a powerful word and most definitely a power thing. When we do things with love, things seem to work out. With pure intention and insight we can accomplish so many beautiful things. Not just materialism but something far more than that. Sacred things you can't see but you can feel, can faith move mountains? The answer is a big old yes, we are capable of doing anything we set our minds to do. Were all connected, always have been and always will. The world will always be full of surprises & we can't chnage the circumstances but we can alwasy change our reaction. We take our own decisions. Therefore, we can't really blame anyone for where were at, and to be honest were exactly where we need to be, divinely guided. Walking different paths bumping into eachother and walking along. Making new friends, bowling with your cousins. Life can really be beautiful, but that's perspective. You can have a few cars and a really nice house but still not feel content, or at least happy. Some of us have very little and still seem to enjoy the little things. That's what matters, the little things, we give things value. You'd most likely value a hand made bag from your parents instead of an expensive bag you bought at the mall. Or your moms food over Burger King. Theres nothing wrong with the bag from from the mall, nor Burger King. We hold some things closer to our hearts than others. It makes sense you know, the little things can make a big difference, my girl might have a funny laugh that pops up in my head everytime I think of her. Or maybe you remember your sister as being real goofy, but these are the things that we love them for. We all love spending time alone, and that's awesome, but being unified living together peacefully enjoying the beautiful sacred moments, is beyond fear & hate. Theres not really good and bad it's just helpful in a diffrent way or not helpful in some ways. Everything has it's pro and cons, similar to the yin- yang but the yin-yang actually flows together and both fishes swim in harmony dancing in eternity. So many colors, without one there would'nt be the other. It's true, if not you would'nt be able to mix colors and get a different one right. Alright let me not go on too long about this, it's just what was on my mind at the moment. I felt like decompressing a little so I typed this up, hope you enjoy it whoever reads it thank you . So yea recap solitude is very essential & so is socialising. Much love & light!

Goal Setting Game-Changer
After that hot mess of a year we call 2020, it may be hard to wrap your head around goal setting for this year. I mean, we ALL started last year with BIG PLANS, and now look at us. Mid-year we were giving each other leeway and passes. I know I said to a friend more than once “It’s ok, this year is a shit-show!” Mentally, a lot of us were off our game.

The Age of Perfection
You’re scrolling through TikTok, and you come across the ever-so-familiar glow up video. You’re watching as they grow up and then come to the end of the video. Disappointment strikes. You don’t see the makeup. The abs. The weight loss. You see a normal human being not looking abnormally pretty. You wonder,” Where’s the glow-up?’’
