Wait.
Wait. Just wait. There will be days when the heartbreaks of yesterday will catch up with you. Maybe for a moment, maybe for a day, and perhaps, it might just lurk around you for a whole lot longer than is fair to your heart. It might unpredictably, reach you through a song, the mere mention of a name, an old photograph or something as ordinary as the rain. It might be the wind blowing a surprising whisper into your heart, or it might just be the way the clouds cover the sun on a day amongst many other cloud-covering days. It will claw into you, hold vindictively onto you and ruthlessly drag you flat onto the ground. It will kick the wind out of you, and it will begin to scratch at the surface of you until it has finally scraped its way into the very core of you.

Beware of the Judge
There is the conventional wisdom that the only person in the world that we should judge is ourselves. But I would say that even then, we probably shouldn’t be too harsh. When it comes to others, we could get rid of most of the judging we do on a conscious and subconscious level and lead much better lives as a result.

Is it better to run in the morning, afternoon, or late in the day?
Sometimes we can't choose when to train. We have enough to take time out of the gaps between all of our obligations to be able to run for a while. Sometimes, schedules get so complicated that we have to do some real logistical juggling. If you are lucky enough to be able to choose your training schedule, the best time is supposed to be in the afternoon, before dinner, but there is no ideal time. It depends on each person. The important thing is to make the most of your career, regardless of how early or late you do it. Here we show you the strengths and weaknesses of the broker according to the time of day.

Put a New Spin on Challenges
We all know a few people who just seem to be able to handle challenges so much better than the rest of us. I always wondered what was their secret. It seems to me the reason they handle challenges so well is because they don’t see them as challenges at all.

Subscribe to the Following – Turning My Dreams into Reality
Date: June 27th, 2021 – Day 1 Her bags were already packed the night before she set off onto her road trip adventure. It wasn’t necessary that she packed heavy, after all she was traveling to a cabin, she rented at Getaway Chattahoochee in Suches, Georgia. Here it is, the day of her departure at approximately 12:37PM all gassed up ready to take on a 2 hour drive north Georgia alone. The reason she wanted to travel alone, was because she wanted time to herself; time to figure out who she is as an individual in such a dysfunctional world; time to figure out where she was headed next, her next move before entering her 30s in 2022; time to process her continuously elevating mindset; time to just be in her own personal space thinking of how to make her passion become her true reality.

Responsibility Matters
Lately, I find myself thinking a lot about personal responsibility. I find that too often, when people succeed, they want to claim all the glory, but when they fail, they blame other people or factors beyond their control. Sometimes we are just lucky or unlucky, but I also think that we often underestimate just how much we can control our destiny if we really put our minds to it.
