Corona Tests = Your Mental Strength
After testing positive most people develop unnecessary anxiety. This anxiety is not because of the mild or moderate symptoms of corona but because of fear of death. In a mild case, the corona is just like influenza you may have fever cough sore throat which is not something we need to think much about Otherwise but As you get to know It’s none other than corona your anxiety starts increasing which results in high blood pressure level and it may create so many other problems. JP Sears
It’s hard to take a guy who wears a lace headband and a purple orchid in his hair seriously, especially when he’s telling you how to become gluten intolerant and “ultra spiritual.” And if you’re confused whether JP Sears wants you to believe him or not, that’s just the way he likes it. The soft-spoken, ginger-headed, Youtube self-help guru is such a master of dry, deadpan comedy that it’s difficult to tell when he’s poking fun at the culture of life coaching versus when he really wants you to connect with your inner child—but, as he’ll tell you, there’s no reason he shouldn’t be able to do both at the same time.

Binge-watching for your soul

My 3 Favorite Ways To Manage My Mindset
Mindset is something you normally hear in entrepreneurial or self-help circles. That's unfortunate. Mindset is important in all our day-to-day lives. Mindset governs everything we do, say, think, believe, and every decision we make from the time we wake up to the time we go to bed.

Making It Through Mental Illness
Breathe. Whether you identify yourself or are considered by others to be an Indigo Child, Lightworker, and/or know that you are in fact an HSP/Empath, than you are simply here to collaborate on the greatest common purpose with so many: bridging the gap between worlds, connecting the spiritual and material. Each and every mission is different, and what you do in this life won't exactly fit the same bill as the next guy or gal, yet there is much higher probability that if you are any of these things, then before knowing where to go you will, or have, found yourself buried in a graveyard, required to dig yourself out of it it before finding the means to fulfill your purpose, mission, having found your practice: mental illness. Exhuming one's own life is hard work, perhaps the hardest work you will ever do as a soul incarnate, though rising from the ashes is so worth it.

Finding Out
It's a cold, lonely, dark, and depressing day when you finally learn what it takes for you to become heartless and cruel, for lack of a better word. Mean doesn't even begin to cover how you truly feel. Every interaction you have with new and old friends and acquaintances leads to rude conclusions and anger. You realize you've become the angry customer. Never satisfied with what is happening with the services provided to you and you don't know how to keep yourself calm or say something without pointed contempt.

My First Line of Defense Against Stress-induced Burnout — ‘Know Thyself — Love Thyself’
Almost everything will work again if you unplug it for a few minutes, including you. ~Anne Lamott Finding, maintaining, and keeping our physical, mental, and emotional balance during times of stress and anxiety is as tricky as finding a perfectly secluded bench on which to sit, relax, and recharge our frayed minds and hearts.
