Why Controlling Everything. Don't try to control everything, why people try to control everything.? It's pretty much common to see people pushing themself hard not easy to control everything but we do and the reason behind is just a way to manage your anxiety. It's a mental game as soon as you see that you have everything under control, your mind starts getting relaxed there is nothing to worry about. Our mind is everything you should know how to control its very strange that rather than focusing on our mental health, like stress or anxiety we try to control the outer world environment.

We used primitive tools to gather berries, cut wood and crush seeds. We used fire to keep us warm and cooked our food. Nowadays, we have tools to hunt, gather, cut, crush and cook. We have technology to do almost anything.

Understanding Anxiety, Panic, and the Utility and Limits of Therapy
Anxiety and panic are two closely related psychophysiological (relating to both the mental and bodily state) concepts. But they're not the same, and their differences can be a bit confusing.
