Childish Antics & Grandma's Amusement
Waking up with the sun shining brightly high in the sky brings me great comfort. Turning off my alarm, I stretched like a cat amidst the warmth of the cozy blankets. Pushing back the layers of blanket, I got up to get ready for the day.

VERY POWERFUL- Act as if nothing bothers you
A piece of advice that will truly help you, In this world, people often encourage you to discuss your problems, but it's a deceptive trap. Disclosing your pain is like bleeding next to a shark; the more you expose your vulnerabilities, the more susceptible you become to those wishing to inflict harm. Although this may not always happen, it is a prevalent occurrence for people to find satisfaction in witnessing your suffering. Some are adept at concealing this satisfaction behind feigned empathy.

A Precious Gift
The warm ray of sunlight hit my eyelid, causing me to clench my eyes in pain. Peeking open my eyes, I saw my room dusted in a bright, warm, golden glow. This was a scene that usually provided me with great comfort in the morning, but today it was a different story. The rays were hurting my eyes with a biting intensity, and the brightly lit room was not doing anything to ease my condition.

Resolution, Evolution, or Revolution?
The vintage New Year postcard above is in the public domain. I downloaded from the Graphics Fairy and edited it using MS Photo. The pigs in the wreath are for good luck. Pigs represent good luck in many traditions. You can read more about that here and here.
