The Catholic Church
The Catholic Church is often called the original Church founded by Jesus Christ. This claim is not just tradition; it is rooted in scripture, history, and the understanding of the early Christian community. Jesus did not leave instructions for a new denomination or a collection of independent groups. Instead, He established a single Church with authority, teaching, and sacraments meant to guide His followers through the centuries.

Why do catholics worship, Mary?
One of the questions that often comes up for people learning about the Catholic faith is why Catholics honor Mary, the mother of Jesus. It is a common misconception that Catholics worship Mary. In fact, the Church teaches that worship is due to God alone. Catholics do not pray to Mary as if she were God, nor do they believe she has divine power independent of God. Instead, Mary is honored because of her unique role in salvation history and her close relationship with her son, Jesus Christ.

You are not a failure
“ You look sad, David, what’s going on?” the old man noticed, as David pulled out a chair when he entered the room. “ When I look at my life, I’m not happy. Nothing is working. I’m forty-three. I have no house, no money, no kids. I make minimum wage at my job to survive. Not to mention the credit card debts and some health issues. I think that I’m a failure,” David said, almost in tears.

Jim Sloan
By Brian D’Ambrosio At 90, Jim Sloan has lived several lifetimes’ worth of work—carpenter, sign painter, excavator, sawmiller, road-builder and the go-to rattlesnake remover of Galisteo, New Mexico. Art may be the through-line, but it has never been the source of his income, nor the center of his universe. Sloan has always kept one foot in the studio and the other in the soil, without bothering to decide which world he truly belongs to. The truth is that he fits cleanly into neither, and he has long since stopped trying.

Word of the Day: 推し
I am not putting any more time on my timer right now. I am just trying to get by here. There is almost no point to school because, like 35% of the time is technical difficulties and the rest of the time is things that actually aren't really useful.

Blockchain Tracing: A Key Tool in Crypto Asset Recovery
The cryptocurrency ecosystem has expanded rapidly, with billions of dollars in digital assets now in circulation across thousands of blockchains. However, this growth has been accompanied by significant risks, including hacks, scams, phishing attacks, and user errors such as lost private keys or forgotten seed phrases. In 2025, reported losses from crypto-related incidents exceeded several billion dollars, highlighting the persistent vulnerability of digital assets. Unlike traditional banking systems with reversible transactions and centralized oversight, blockchain's decentralized and immutable nature makes recovery difficult once funds are transferred. As a result, blockchain tracing has emerged as an essential method for identifying fund flows, attributing activity, and supporting recovery efforts in actionable cases.
