Day 03 "I Don't Like To Control My Feelings "
Morning scenes of DAY 03 Today morning I woke up early in morning about 6:30. I was feeling tired for no reason. I made a cup of coffee for myself and turned on some music for a fresh morning. I completed my morning routine, did my breakfast and sat on my desk to start a productive day. I am sleeping less hours than usual. On a average I sleep for around 6 to 7 hours but now I am mostly sleeping for approx. 5 to 6 hours. So today I am planning to take melatonin and try how it will affect my sleep.

Memories: 30 May 2025
30 May 2025 7:45 am Grateful to be alive. Grateful for the flow of love, light, healing and even prosperity that is being sent to and through me. Grateful for the good rest. My lungs are aching and a cough is developing, but I will drink mullein tea to stave off bronchitis.

The rehabilitation of alcoholics
What you can do to support an alcoholic and why most alcoholics will not succeed in AA. Not because the AA program is flawed; but merely because there is a lack of imaginative vision and constructive action that results in genuine creativity. The majority of alcoholics will never figure out the precise system required to maintain sobriety.

Memories: 29 May 2025
29 May 2025 I have spent three hours filing down the 9ct rose gold butterflies. (x3) but I am only using two! I have ground down the base to solder them on. I was terrified of grinding off the silver but it’s the only way they will “sit down”.

The Nights of Farewell to Morana have begun
The wind whispers through the dark night, carrying voices and sounds long forgotten to my ears. They are always there, the primordial ancient words, for those who are willing to listen. All one has to do is open their heart and their mind, and truth will present itself. But be careful! Because the truth is not something you always want to hear, and she does not take kindly towards ones who twist what they’ve heard in order to fit their own already preconceived perception of how things should be.

Memories: 26 May 2025
26 May 2025 9:40 am. awake. I feel like hell. But…it’s a beautiful day and I have a gold butterfly or two to make then (gulp) solder. I had a look at a video last night to see where I went wrong. I couldn’t identify the problem as I did everything “right”.

Memories: 27 May 2025
27 May 2025 3:56 am given up on sleep. Not feeling well. Mustang Kwe has overworked herself. Wahhh! But the crash had to happen sometime. I have done well the past two weeks. Made things happen that I wanted to do several years ago, like raising my jewellers bench.
