Can Warrior overcome Klay’ s poor shooting? Klay Thompson has shot 10- 33 so far in the Finals The Golden State Warrior beat the Boston Celtics by a convincing amount ending in a final of 107- 88 in favor of Golden State. The series heads to Boston with it all tied up at 1-1. Warriors might have won game two but with Star Guard Klay Thompson having one of the worst shooting slumps of his career shooting 6-15 for 15 point in game 1 and 4-19 for 11 points in game 2. While other Warriors guard Stephen Curry didn’t shoot great I’m game 2 shooting 9-21 for 29 points, in the game 1 loss to Boston in the first quarter it seemed Curry couldn’t miss. 13-40 for 40 points between the All Star back court in the game 2 win over Boston. Golden State will need better shooting out of both their All Star guards if they want to win the finals this year. Warriors are in the Finals for the first time since Kevin Durant left for Brooklyn and while he is watching his old team get ready to compete in another NBA finals, his current teammate Kylie Irving is probably feeling similar due to his formar team Boston Celtics also making and competing in the NBA Finals. Both teams the Warriors and Celtics bounced back after loosing superstar player very well. More so for Boston with Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown never making it to an NBA Finals prior to this year but still very young. With Tatum being only 24 years old and Brown being 25 as their core key players and making it to the Finals and beating some very good teams to make it.
