Life Dance
Grief is something that people talk about as though you can just “let it go”, “move on” and re-establish some sense of normal… but the reality is this; you live with it every single day as though a piece of yourself had been removed. So you apply balm to fill the gap until it heals.

Self Esteem Of A Gay Man
What exactly is self-esteem? Dr's, Psychiatrist, Psychologist, Therapist study this attribute of human's in-depth, presenting different angels about how to treat and even cure self-esteem issues. I think I have encountered them all and tried them all. From my point of view, self-esteem boils down to a straightforward question, "How do I view myself?" That simple may be oversimplified and detangled, but it is that simple.

Forgiveness
I once heard a Buddhist story about a monk in a temple who was cleaning one day when a beautiful young girl, carrying a child in swaddling clothes, shoved the child into the monk's arms in front of the monks and said, "This is your child. Said without looking back and fled away. The monk was dumbfounded with the child in his arms, and the other monks also looked at each other, and then whispered. The monk carried the child to the meditation room, boiling rice soup to feed the child. The child, under the monk's careful feeding, grew white and fat and very cute.

Your next one has run out
"Pay attention next time", this phrase is all too common in life. Many people pop this phrase out of the corner of their mouth without thinking, or with a smile on their face, or carefully, or with a serious look, or with a slight warning ...... This phrase seems to have become the best excuse after a mistake.

Becoming The Teacher And The Student
I think the average person at some point in their life has made the effort to learn as much as possible about at least one thing. If you haven't yet, I encourage you to do so. Something that consists of the mastery of it bringing you a sense of fulfillment because you are so passionate about it. Something that you'd have no problem teaching to a room full of people, even if you never do. It can be the journey to hone a skill or the study of a practice or topic. As long as you possess a genuine drive to know all that you can know about it and yet still remember that you don't.

Don't cut trees in winter
A young man used to cut down dead trees in the woods in winter for firewood. When spring came, he was surprised to find that all the dead trees he had cut down had sprouted green shoots. Then an old man said to him, "Remember, don't cut down trees in winter, because then you won't see life, and don't make decisions when you're depressed, because then you won't see the light of life."

Mirror
My bookstore is haphazardly piled with books, in which I squatted, killing the early spring "pine within" the silent time. I read books and write essays. When I get tired of that, I write haiku. In any case, since I was a peaceful citizen, I could just live my life comfortably.

Vain and fainthearted
As the saying goes, "A fence is three stakes, and a good man is three helpers." A person wants to succeed in business, without the help of many people, is impossible to achieve. And to win the help of many people, the "good man" without a modest attitude is not possible to gather other "good man".
