'Survivor: Winners At War' Episode 12
Wow! What an amazing episode of Survivor tonight! First off, nice move Tony! You killed it last time! Your work last week was one of the best episodes I've ever seen. Well done. But now, he's a bigger target. And his allies are pissed. Like, Sarah wants to kill him and Ben wants Jeremy gone so he's mad at Tony for not letting him do that. But hopefully, Tony can turn it around. He's back to old Tony, hopefully it doesn't bite him in the ass. Maybe his spy nest and his telling his allies about his idol plan could work. Especially the spy nest, I love the spy nest LOL. And Kim is targeting him and everyone seems to go for it. So, the current war is Kim vs. Tony and this war is on. Kim's gaining allies to go against King Tony but Tony has his own bag of tricks. It'll be interesting to see who wins this battle of two of Survivor's most dominant winners, Kim Spradlin vs Tony Vlachos.

Tolkien - Film Review
Unless you’ve been living in a hobbit hole for the most part of your life, then the man who gives his name to the Tolkien movie released last year (May 3, 2019) needs no introduction. Tolkien has finally joined the likes of Capote, Plath and Salinger with this dramatization of the truth behind the tales. Certainly, a biopic of the genius behind the world’s most cherished fantasy series was undoubtedly long overdue, but does Karukoski’s dramatization of the events that inspired The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings trilogy do J. R. R. Tolkien any justice?

My Review of "Green Book"
I have heard of Green Book a while back but I never got the chance to watch it partly because it didn't seem to be an interesting movie. Now I fall into good fortune of having more free time to myself so I noticed that the movie was available for streaming. Why not give it a try and see what all the fuss is all about?

My Review of "Fast & Furious Presents: Hobbes and Shaw"
I needed something that I could just shut my brain off and enjoy and I noticed that Fast & Furious Presents: Hobbes and Shaw was available for streaming. This movie has been out for quite a while and honestly I had no desire to watch this movie in the first place. I haven't seen anything by the Fast & Furious since Furious 7. That movie wasn't really a have to see movie for me either. I'm definitely in the minority but Fast and Furious: Tokyo Drift was my favorite of the whole series only because it's the one focused on racing.

My Review of "Watchmen (TV Series)
I've been a fan of the Watchmen since my younger brother had introduced me to the book when I was in my early 20's. Until that time I always thought superhero comics were just about men in tights trying to save the world. This is the first comic that changed my thought of what comics could be. It had a whole slew of dimension to each of the characters.

YuGiOh! Sevens Episode 4
The first half of the show features Gakuto and his duties as a class president. The episode starts out with Yuga getting Gakuto to record a promotional video of him and Rook dueling in order to post on their YouTube channel. I find this very funny and realistic because in today's society we have social media like YouTube where people like kids make videos to get their stuff out there.

Extraction: A Flashy and Exciting Time
I don't really watch alot of action movies - for me, the story is an integral part of a movie experience and most action movies aren't known for their narratives or their complex character arcs. There are of course, notable exceptions to this (the Mission Impossible franchise comes to mind), but by and large, I tend to pass them over. Every once in a while, however, I'll find myself sitting down and giving one a watch whenever I'm in need of an escape from the real world for a bit, and when I sat down to watch Extraction yesterday, that's exactly what I got.

Contagion | Movie Review
So I guess it was finally my time to watch this all to appropriate movie for the times that we're currently facing. There had been weeks of articles and tweets about this specific movie, around how close to reality it really was. I believe there were even scientists comparing the actions taken in the movie with those taken the past few months.

Code 8 | Movie Review
At the beginning of the week I decided to have a bit of a movie marathon while I did my weekly blog writing. Anything to help ease the boredom of lock-down and encourage me to stay focused and stimulate any imagination. This was one such movie that I wanted to give a go.

Love, Wedding, Repeat | Netflix Original Movie Review
Like everyone else in the country, I was scrolling through Netflix in the hopes of finding something new to watch, helping me pass the time during this weird lock-down that we're still in. Thats when I stumbled across this rather strange looking Netflix original, Love, Wedding, Repeat.
