‘Eurovision Song Contest: The Story of Fire Saga’ is Mostly a Waste of Its Talented Parts
The story of the underdog is one of the oldest stories in human history. It has inspired countless people over the generations to go for what they want, despite the obstacles that stand in their way. But the problem with this narrative is that it is too common. For a film with this basic story to succeed, it has to stand out from the pack. Enter Eurovision Song Contest: The Story of Fire Saga, which premiered on Netflix on June 26th. Part absurdist comedy and part inspirational drama, this movie combines two completely different dramas into a semi-new narrative, though it rarely succeeds.

Little Women (2019) Film Review
Greta Gerwig’s 2019 adaptation of Louisa May Alcott’s Little Women is nothing short of excellent. Known for the success of her original film Lady Bird (2017), Gerwig wrote and directed the adaptation of the childhood classic with a star-studded cast including Saoirse Ronan, Timothée Chalamet, Emma Watson and Meryl Streep (absolute queen). With such an incredible cast and talented writer/director, I shouldn’t have been surprised at the brilliance of Little Women, and yet it still blew me away.

Review - Hamilton on Disney +. Top Story - July 2020.
Oh my word! This is the most excited I've been for a film release since the midnight showing of "Avengers: Endgame" last year in my local IMAX. I'm a massive fan of the stage musical, to the point where I've seen it twice in London's West End and once on Broadway - after waiting over 8 hours outside the Richard Rodgers Theatre in the cancellation queue. The favourite cast I've seen to date is the first run from London, but I've always wished I could have seen the original from Broadway with writer and creator Lin-Manuel Miranda starring as the lead; and now I can.

Blood Heir: A Controversy
The Blood Heir is the first installment in a yet to be announced trilogy recently released by Amelie Wen Zhao. It follows a disgraced and betrayed princess named Ana as she travels her kingdom trying to find her fathers murdered and clear her name of the crime. But Ana carries a deadly secret in the form of an "affinity" or power over blood. Ana begrudgingly teams up with an infamous con man named Ramson Quicktongue. The two's fate seems intertwined as they end up finding their way back to each other over and over throughout the book. And yes, they definitely are love interests.

My Review of "Eurovision Song Contest: The Story of Fire Saga"
Eurovision Song contest: The Story of Fire Saga is a huge title for basically a run of the mill Will Farrell movie. You'll see a ton of the usual Will Farrell tropes in this movie and that isn't a bad thing especially if you're a fan of his movies like I am. Will Farrell hasn't had a big movie for a little while so it was kind of a pleasant surprise to see this movie come out of nowhere exclusively on Netflix.

My Review of "Zodiac"
Zodiac came out back in 2007 and I can't believe I didn't see this movie until now. This was one heck of a movie not just because the events of the movie are terribly fascinating but because it explores the lives of those that get trapped in the events. The movie was made so well that I would direct people to this movie to show them how to build intrigue to a movie.
