My Review of "Peppermint"
Peppermint came out back in 2018 but now that it's airing on Netflix it's starting to get the viewership that it deserved in the first place. It's a pretty brutal action flick that is formulaic but the actors sell the movie quite well. For me it is a very comforting formula where I know what's going to happen but I can't wait for the things to fall into place.

The Black Godfather - review (Netflix)
Life is about numbers. That is the mantra of the man featured in the fascinating Netflix documentary, The Black Godfather. Like the fictional character of the simpleton, Forrest Gump, who came in to contact with major figures of history in the film of the same same, Clarence Avant is a man who name and influence span several decades and takes in many famous faces. Unlike Gump, Avant was no simpleton.

Dabi vs Kurogiri: Whom Had The Better Academia Reveal?
Quite personally, I am not happy with the latest reveal in My Hero Academia. It was painfully obvious that Dabi was a Todoroki. There was no way around it. Even the fans speculated there was something going on with Dabi. The fact that Dabi had a flame based quirk, added with hair style and eyes to Shota Todoroki gave it all away. Also, considering that the Todoroki family had a messy backstory, it was bound to come up one way or another.

My Review of "Bad Boys for Life"
Bad Boys for Life is one of the last big movies that came out in movie theatres when movie theatres were still open to the public. I remember wanting to go check out the movie but I guess I missed out not because of the pandemic but because of my own lazy self. Anyways, it's now streaming and I finally got to watch it. I wasn't disappointed but I can see why I didn't see this in the theatres.

Spiderman: Into the Spiderverse | Movie Review
Another weekend, another movie is the motto I seem to be following this year, then again what else is there really to do during a countrywide lockdown. Its just a good thing that there are so many ways to watch a movie; with Netflix, Amazon & Disney Plus offering up countless movies to appease my entertainment appetite.
