Henry Cavill and Guy Ritchie‘s action thriller, In the Grey, was supposed to be released earlier this year, but for some reason, the movie was pulled from the calendar with little to no explanation. Now, the producers have given a rather discouraging update on the project.

6 Best Movie Reimaginings Of Classic Stories
Wicked-mania is about to return, with Wicked: For Good, an adaptation of the second act of the beloved stage musical Wicked, set to hit theatres. Wicked, loosely based on the novel of the same name by Gregory Maguire, is a reimagining of the events leading up to, and during, The Wizard of Oz, told from the perspective of Oz's Witches: Elphaba, the 'Wicked' Witch of the West, and Glinda the good.

The Rise and Fall of Lion of the Desert: How an Epic Became a Box Office Tragedy
An Unlikely Hollywood Dreamer In 1981, reporter Bob Thomas of the Associated Press wrote of filmmaker Moustapha Akkad, calling him “an improbable success story.” Akkad spent the first half of his life in Syria before falling in love with Hollywood movies. He went to UCLA, studied filmmaking, and used his Middle Eastern connections to make his feature debut, The Message, about the origins of Islam. The movie never played in the U.S. after a disastrous screening in Washington D.C.

Wicked: For Good Sets New Box Office Records while Erivo and Grande's Oscar buzz grows.
This past weekend, the emerald glow of Wicked: For Good flooded movie theaters, signifying more than simply the return to Oz. It was an instant when reviewers, viewers, and business insiders all turned to look. With the assurance of a franchise that knows precisely what it's doing, the sequel shot to prominence in theaters, earning an incredible $228 million worldwide in its first weekend and immediately shattering box office records for musical adaptations. The Burden of the Unchosen
I watched the trailer for The Tiger's Apprentice and felt a familiar, cold knot tighten in my chest. It wasn't the thrill of the mythical beasts or the promise of dazzling martial arts choreography. It was the sudden, sharp recognition of the protagonist's terror. Tom Lee, a seemingly ordinary Chinese American kid, is yanked from his comfortable, mundane life and told he is the guardian of a Phoenix, the last hope against an ancient evil.

The Unraveling of the Perfect Lie
I walked into the theater for The Family Plan 2 with a familiar, almost protective cynicism. Sequels to action-comedies about secret-agent dads trying to live a normal life rarely offer anything new. They are usually just a rehash, a louder, more expensive version of the same joke. But what I found in this film wasn't just a series of escalating set pieces; it was a mirror reflecting the most fragile, most terrifying lie we tell ourselves every single day: the illusion of control.

Until Dawn
Sometime last year, long before we knew the film was happening, my husband had me play Until Dawn. Now as someone who isn’t an avid gamer (I’ve got a few hundred hours of Baldur’s Gate 3 and Dreamlight Valley clocked but that’s about it), I loved it. I loved the story and I had a great time, then we saw the trailer for the movie annnnnd, I didn’t have a lot of hope.
