'Justice League vs. Teen Titans (2016)'
First and foremost, the title is completely misleading. Upon reading it, you automatically assume that there is some sort of conflict or battle between the Justice League and the Titans. However, there are forces that arise that literally possess the bodies of the JL and in a way that made the outcome hard to predict (which was refreshing). This being my only real complaint about the movie, let's get into what you will find and love about it.

'Justice League: Gods & Monsters'
A twist to the beloved red and blue Kryptonian of the DC universe and Metropolis. This alternate universe begins with the destruction of Krypton, much like the original beginnings of the classic. The planet is on the verge of exploding, the house of El has failed to convince the population of a possible salvation, and general Zod is staging his self-righteous coup. The timeline of the classic is then skewed when Zod interrupts Jor-El and Lara attempting to send the soon-to-be fertilized DNA of Lara off-planet along with the Kryptonian archives. Just before they are able to 'plant the seed of Jor-El', Zod intervenes and implants his own DNA. The result is that Kal-El no longer has his originally intended, biological father, but now is a child of Zod. The story then jumps the timeline to the altered present day.

'Supergirl' - My New Kryptonite
Being a longtime fan of any Marvel or DC show that has been released since my childhood, I have to say that some of them have fallen short of fulfilling the youthful desire to see my cartoon and comic book heroes come to life. Other than knowing some of the side story from the Superman series, I can honestly sat that I never paid much attention to Kal-El's super, cousin Kara Zor-El. So far, I have thoroughly enjoyed the three seasons that have been released. There are a few cons to the show, but they pale in comparison to the pros that the entire show has to offer.

Back in Black: 10 Actors Who Could Play Penguin in 'The Batman'. Top Story - August 2018.
DC Comics fans have been waiting with baited breath for any kind of news to come out Matt Reeves' upcoming project The Batman, yet it looks like most of its production is going to be kept under wraps. It seems like we see a different news story each week about Ben Affleck not being in the movie, or Reeves casting for a younger Batman, but the truth is we just don't know what is happening behind the scenes. What we do seem to know for a fact is that The Dark Knight's infamous foe The Penguin is going to be the main antagonist of the movie, and with such a quirky character being the villain, you need the right kind of actor to play him. I believe I have a few likely candidates, and I hope you agree!

Top Batman Fan Theories That Will Blow Your Socks Off
Batman has been a major figure in comic book history for over 80 years, yet still, his full origin, his villains, and even those closest to him remain somewhat of a mystery to the audience. It is human nature that we will often create explanations for ourselves when none are available. Sometimes, we do it just to keep things interesting.

'Arrow': Will the Writers Redeem Team B or Expect Fans to Forget the Betrayal?
When Arrow ended its sixth season in May, Green Arrow was working alongside Mr. Terrific, Black Canary, and Wild Dog once again in an effort to bring down Ricardo Diaz. Viewers didn't know Oliver had brokered a deal with the FBI for help, and while the fighting raged on, he issued apologies to the members of Team B, as referred to by the fans (or Not Team Arrow). Needless to say, Oliver's words didn't sit well with faithful viewers who have been wanting to see this team erased from the Arrowverse.

Will Aquaman Be the Worlds of DC’s Black Panther?
In the trailer for Warner Bros.' and James Wan’s Worlds of DC movie Aquaman, fans noticed some similarities to Marvel Studios' and Ryan Coogler’s MCU movie Black Panther. With similar imagery, themes, and villainess motivations, it’s not hard to draw comparisons between the two films. Both movies feature superheroes who would be kings, advanced civilizations, and family members who seek to take control of said civilizations and use their resources to wage war on the rest of the word.
