Why 'Suicide Squad' Still Makes Me Mad
(Suicide Squad is an Oscar award winning film... let that sink in for a few minutes. They won for best Costume Design.) When it was first announced that the comic book series Suicide Squad was going to be made into a live-action movie, I was one of many that had no idea what that even was. (I grew up reading Marvel comics and watching DC cartoons like Batman and Superman).

Fishboy Proves to Everyone He Really Is Cool, Really
The Introduction Truthfully, I might not be the best person to be reviewing any sort of DCEU movie as I have an unnatural bias toward liking these movies (Suicide Squad is even my favorite one) but I’m going to do it anyway because, while I absolutely love these movies and can give them the benefit of the doubt, I still do understand what they are and what they aren’t. That being said, let's dive into it.

Killing DC Heroes. Top Story - December 2018.
For years people have given the "I don't want to kill people" hero mentality a lot of flack in DC comics, considering it's a type practically pioneered by Batman. It's always used in comparison to Marvel, showing how DC supers are more morally grey, or they’re cowards, etc. I think the issue is really the type of villains they face, and how that influences their stance on ever killing someone.

DC Universe’s 'Titans' Season 1 Finale Review
Previously on Titans, Dick Grayson (Brenton Thwaites) had run head-long through a force-field that Seamus Deaver’s Trigon had placed after entering Earth, while Kory Anders (Anna Diop) and Donna Troy (Conor Leslie) were locked out. In the season one finale, we see why Dick was the one allowed into Trigon’s thrall and what lies in wait for him.

'Aquaman' Movie Review
Released: 14th December 2018 (UK) Length: 143 Minutes Certificate: 12A Director: James Wan With a rocky production cycle and critical scathing, DC’s Extended Universe is in need of course corrections. The next character to step up to the plate is Jason Momoa’s Aquaman; for this latest entry, director James Wan has created a rousing tale that falls just short of being great.

5 Ways 'Justice League' Could Have Been Better
5. The Infamous Mustache Now this is an obvious one, and some people might say, “oh come on, it’s not that bad.” I used to think that, too, but after watching the movie multiple times, it is a sight I cannot unsee. From the opening iPhone scene to when he threatens Batman, it is a glaring mistake from the studio. They could have delayed the movie a bit so that they can film a properly shaved Henry Cavill.
