They Murdered The Clown. Content Warning.
This was the plan. We wanted our leader to be seen as a real-life hero. So at the rally, we put him in Kevlar with blood sacs so that when he got hit, he would still be standing and he could raise his fist. Who wouldn't vote for a super man like that?

The Lake
Walking around the lake, I stumbled along the rocky shoreline. The large rocks made it very difficult to walk around the gorgeous lake. The fluffy, white clouds reflected in the lake, and I took the view all in. It was breathtaking. The ripples in the water made me want to take a swim. I hesitated on that thought though as I did not have my swim suit along with me. I inhaled deeply, the smell of the lake water and the fresh greenery was intoxicating. It was beautiful. I gazed at the scene before me and noticed the house on the shoreline.

The Reluctant Psychic
"You do realise that this is all bogus, don't you? She's a charlatan, preying on your unresolved grief, purloining silver from your purse and placing cotton wool words around your heart, telling you what she thinks you want to hear. You're all fools! If I were you, I wouldn't spend a minute longer here. Go and live, for Heaven's sake!"

The Escapologist
My training paid off today. Opportunity presented itself during bingo. I feigned sleep, a small parcel of drool on my lip. Audrey needed help again and I made a dash for the unguarded door. My stick helped and I always wear shoes now so I'm ready.
