Your Smoothie King Menu Guide
Here's a convenient rundown of Smoothie King's categories, enhancers and customization options.

Smoothie King's menu is fairly extensive, and with newer additions like loaded toasts and smoothie bowls, it can be a lot to take in. As a frequent visitor, I thought I'd take the time to write a menu guide that outlines the categories and customization options. I'll also throw in some observations and advice that I've accumulated along the way.
For the record, this is NOT a paid Smoothie King promotion. Additionally, menu items are subject to change. I tried to stay as vague as possible to account for future updates, but if you're not sure, check the app or website for current information.
Smoothies
Virtually every drink on the menu is customizable. When you select a smoothie on the app, you'll see these options:
- Seasonal Feature: Choose from a small selection of featured ingredients to add to your drink.
- Modify Your Smoothie: Remove or replace ingredients.
- Add Enhancers: Include an enhancer in your blend (more on these in a moment.)
- Add Fruit and Veggies: Choose fruit, vegetables or juices to add to your drink.
- Add Protein: Choose a protein powder for your smoothie.
- Add Energy: Include coffee or energy boosters in your drink.
- Add Extras: Choose from a wide range of extra ingredients, such as acai, oat milk or butter pecan ice cream.
- Allergies: Select any allergies that you have. Note that you're still responsible for removing allergens from your order.
Substituting or replacing ingredients is usually free, but you'll pay a fee if you add ingredients to your drink. If you don't want to make modifications, you can skip all of this and hit the "Add to Cart" button.
Enhancers
Enhancers don't have their own menu category. Instead, you'll find them under the "Add Enhancers" section on your smoothie's profile. Your selection may include:
- Chia Seeds: A sprinkling of seeds for added nutrients
- Diet Down: Green tea extract, L-carnitine, stevia leaf extract and more
- Fiber Blend: Oat fiber, flaxseed powder, apple pectin and more
- Gut Health: 40 billion colony-forming units (CFUs), medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs) and prebiotic fiber
- Immune Support + Vitamin D: Ginger root powder, aloe vera leaf extract, shiitake mushroom powder, stevia leaf extract, alpha lipoic acid, bromelain, zinc oxide, vitamin C, vitamin E and more
- Joint Health Enhancer with Collagen: UC-II undenatured type II collagen, calcium, vitamin C, vitamin D and more
- Metabolism Boost: Caffeine, protein and fiber
- Multivitamin: Folic acid, selenium, zinc, B vitamins, vitamin C, vitamin E and more
- Muscle Builder: Creatine monohydrate, L-glutamine and taurine
- Super Grains: Chia, millet, quinoa, amaranth, buckwheat, flaxseed, oat fiber and oat flour
- Protein: Your choice of Gladiator Protein, Power Slim protein, Slim-N-Trim Protein, organic plant-based protein and whey protein
- Energy: Your choice of Energy Boost, Half Pure Recharge, Pure Recharge, cold brew coffee and espresso
If you add enhancers often, make sure you track your nutrient intake so that you don't accidentally overload your body with vitamins and minerals. Too much of anything, even nutrients, can be dangerous.
Power Eats
Power Eats contains Smoothie King's in-house food options, including loaded toasts and protein boxes. The toasts are made to order (I've seen it.) Once you place your order, an employee will apply the spread to a slice of eight-grain toast, then add the toppings and serve the toast in a plastic container.
While you can't change the bread type, you can add or remove toppings through the app. However, you're limited to ingredients that employees use specifically for the loaded toasts, such as granola, honey and chocolate hazelnut spread.
The protein boxes are pre-packaged and non-alterable. Each box contains a selection of snack items, such as fruit, crackers, cheese and hard-boiled eggs. You've probably seen similar boxes at Starbucks.
Smoothie Bowls
These bowls feature a dense, smoothie-like base with fruit, nuts and grains on top. Like the loaded toasts, you can't customize the base, but you can add or remove toppings, such as diced fruit, goji berries, cocoa nibs and coconut flakes. Your order arrives in a bowl with the toppings pre-added, so dig in before they get soggy.
Feel Energized
This category aims to give you an energy boost before you start your day. Several drinks come with your choice of espresso or cold brew, plus ingredients that bulk out the recipe and complement the coffee flavors, such as bananas, frozen yogurt, dates or almond butter. For an extra boost, check out the high-protein blends.
This section also contains the Pure Recharge smoothies. Instead of brewed coffee, these drinks blend refreshing fruit with the Pure Recharge Enhancer, which contains coffee cherry pulp, green coffee extract, green tea extract and other natural energy boosters.
Get Fit
This section is heavy on high-protein, high-calorie smoothies that help you work out and build muscle, although you'll find a few lighter options for recovery. Your selection may include:
- The Activator Recovery: These smoothies contain vitamins, minerals and protein that may help you recover after your workout.
- Gladiator: These drinks come with Gladiator Protein and your choice of two added ingredients for flavor and nutrients.
- The Hulk: These high-calorie smoothies contain butter pecan ice cream and Smoothie King's unique Hulk Blend that could help you gain weight or muscle.
- Hydration: These blends are rich in fruit, juices and electrolytes to help you stay hydrated.
- High Protein: These smoothies come with special protein blends.
- Peanut Power Plus: These varieties include peanut butter alongside the enhancers, likely for added protein.
Overall, Get Fit is the home of high-calorie smoothies, so make sure you check the ingredients if you're trying to lose weight. You can remove or swap most of the ingredients at no cost.
Manage Weight
Manage Weight offers lighter, metabolism-boosting smoothies that might help you shed a few pounds. This category may include:
- Keto Champ: These drinks feature keto-friendly ingredients alongside Smoothie King's Keto Protein Blend.
- Metabolism Boost: These blends include Metabolism Boost Enhancer and other enhancers, such as Gladiator Protein or Fiber Blend, that might assist your weight loss journey.
- Power Meal Slim: These meal replacements nourish your body with minimal ingredients and Power Slim Protein.
- The Shredder: These drinks come with Gladiator Protein, Protein Blend and Diet Down Enhancer for maximum benefits.
- Slim-N-Trim: These low-calorie drinks pair the Slim-N-Trim blend with minimal ingredients (aside from Slim-N-Trim Veggie, which offers a variety of fruits and vegetables.)
I can't guarantee that drinking these smoothies will result in weight loss, but they can supplement exercise and a healthy diet. Just keep an eye on the calories when you're ordering a large size.
Be Well
Be Well smoothies are relatively low-calorie and provide an opportunity to get more fruit and vegetables in your diet. Your options may include:
- Gut Health: These drinks include a Gut Health Enhancer to improve digestion.
- Immune Builder: These smoothies may boost your immunity with an Immune Support Enhancer.
- Power Meal: These meal replacements come with a Multivitamin Enhancer and protein blends that help you feel satiated.
- Veggie: These smoothies are rich in fruits and vegetables, such as carrots, kale, mangoes, lemons and papayas, plus vegetarian-friendly protein blends.
- Vegan: These drinks are made with fruit and vegetables. Some include Smoothie King's Vegan Protein.
You'll also find some miscellaneous smoothies that emphasize healthy ingredients and enhancers, such as the Collagen Power smoothie, which features Joint Health Enhancer with Collagen. Note that you can add most of these enhancers to other smoothies on the menu.
Enjoy a Treat
Despite the name, Enjoy a Treat doesn't feature dessert flavors. Instead, this is where you'll find smoothies made from citrus, berries and tropical fruits. Strawberries, bananas, kiwis, pineapple and blueberries are common ingredients in this category, often with added sugar.
This is also the home of the Yogurt D-Lite, which is one of the rare smoothies that require customization. You'll add one fruit, veggie or coffee blend to the base, which includes milk and vanilla frozen yogurt, to develop your own personal recipe.
GLP-1 Support
GLP-1 Support features drinks that Smoothie King developed specifically for weight loss patients, although anyone can order them. These beverages come in a wide range of flavors, including fruit, chocolate and vanilla, plus enhancers that might help you lose weight even faster. Talk to your doctor if you're thinking about adding these drinks to your routine.
Kids
Kids is where you'll find simple blends formulated for children. Most of the blends come with added sugar, and each one includes a kids' multivitamin. You can customize the ingredients, but note that these smoothies only come in one size: 12 ounces.
Snacks
Snacks is the home of nuts, pretzels, dried fruit and other treats, plus bottled water and tubs of Gladiator Protein Powder. Unlike the Power Eats, most of these snacks don't require refrigeration. In my experience, the app doesn't include their full selection, and you'll find more snacks in store.
