Buffalo Chicken Pasta
Hello, my little lovelies! So one of my favorite kitchen appliances is my slow cooker and my crock pot. It has been a god send when I know I don't want to cook the next day or if I want to do an easy and fast meal prep on meal prep day. Since I started meal prepping I have used my crock pot multiple times, and the recipe I'm presenting is actually my husband's recipe that he made before he enlisted in the Navy. So I'm going to provide you with an easy recipe that you can just throw into the crock pot and have dinner ready shortly after you get home. This recipe is simple and anyone can do it.

Eggs
So a lot of people have trouble making the very basics of egg dishes. That's okay, because I will be teaching you three of the most common and easiest egg recipes. The first one I would like to introduce is the poached egg. This one requires a more delicate touch, as it is very fragile.

Turkey Spaghetti
Hello my little lovelies! So this recipe I have is a recipe that I developed back when I was in college when I started to really cook. Now a few things have changed since then since I started changing my eating habits. This is a favorite of my husband's and is something I will probably be cooking the next time he is home. Now I don't fix any garlic bread with this simply because there is already a lot of carbs in it with the pasta. You can use whatever type of pasta you would like for this recipe, I just used penne pasta because that was all I had in my pantry. Fettuccine works great with this recipe as well as does regular spaghetti but again the choice is yours.

Soda Pop Cakes
Did you know that you can make an awesome, moist, and delectable cake using only two ingredients? And, what if I told you that one of those ingredients is soda pop? That’s right... carbonated soda and a box of cake mix. The soda replaces the water, eggs, and oil. Plus, using soda as the second ingredient actually reduces the fat and calories that are a bit part of a regular cake. You can also use diet soda to even further reduce the calories!

Vegan Banana Pancakes
I AM NOT A VEGAN. But I have several close friends who are. Being in college and eating in a dining hall most days, I never really had to concern myself with what my vegetarian/vegan friends ate. They did their thing, and I did mine. I was in for a wake up call when my friend group decided to stay at a beach house for a week. The house itself was free; we only had to pay for gas and groceries to cook. And as I was planning meals for the week, a scary thought came into my mind: "Hannah can't eat ANY of this." Majority of my meals are centered around a meat protein, and I couldn't just slap a bag of peas and carrots in front of my friend while the rest of us had actual composed dishes. So I rethought some meals, and throughout the week, one breakfast really stuck out. Pancakes. I looked up what goes in vegan pancakes, and with our extremely basic pantry, whipped up some pancakes that EVERYONE loved. So much that they've been asking me to share the recipe for months now. But to me, the pancakes were a little dense. So I spent those months tweaking the recipe, adding much needed ingredients that weren't worth buying just for that beach house, and finally came to something fluffy, flavorful, and fulfilling. I made my new and improved pancakes for pretty much the same group of people one night recently, and they couldn't believe they could like the pancakes any more than they already did. So with both my friends', and my own seal of approval, I am sharing the secret to these wonderful breakfast pillows with the world.

3 Drinks to Help You Stay Warm This Upcoming Fall and Winter Season
Fall is around the corner, but we can already feel the cold breeze coming in during those last few summer nights. Fall is a wonderful time to enjoy so many outdoor activities, including apple picking, hiking, outdoor soccer games, outdoor festivals, and so many other things. But the only downside of it, it’s so easy to catch a cold during the season.

Maple & Brown *Coconut Sugar Overnight Oats
I've been trying to eat a lot healthier lately to just get generally healthy and lose some extra weight. With that means trying to make healthier options for my boyfriend and I and this has been our favorite quick, easy, on-the-go breakfast! It’s a healthier (and just as easy) version of the instant oatmeal packs you can buy from the store. The difference here is you know exactly what’s going into it and you know that the ingredients are things you can feel good feeding to yourself and family!

Lime Chicken
Hello my little lovelies! So for this lovely Friday posting, I’m going to give you guys my recipe for lime chicken! It’s a simple recipe that is easy to do and you can cook this in multiple ways. The ingredients themselves aren’t very expensive so this is a pretty cheap meal. And you don’t need a lot of seasonings in this either since the lime will be doing most of the flavoring. For this you can put it with any side dish you want, I like to put it with rice and roasted red peppers. I’ll also include the different ways you can cook this recipe. Also depending on how much chicken you are making you can adjust the amounts needed for the recipe, this worked great for eight regular sized chicken tenderloins which is approximately a pound and a quarter according to the package I got so just adjust the ingredients based on the amount of chicken.

My Favorite Mug Cooking Recipes
I am in love with mug cooking. In fact, I am pretty much obsessed with mug cooking! I must have at least 40 mugs. I have collected them over 30 years and now I can finally give each of them a chance to do that for which it was created. I even have given a few away to friends and family filled with delectable treats. I figure the more I give away the more I can collect! I now have a large walk-in closet with almost full shelves. I go and sit in there when I am feeling down and I always feel better seeing all those shiny mugs looking down at me.
