Iced Turmeric Chai Tea Latte
The holidays are definitely keeping me busy, and my wallet pretty empty. Between all the fun festivities with my friends, trying to stay in touch with my family (who is just as busy as I am), and trying to keep my life and health in order, it can get overwhelming.

Pumpkin Mumpkin
Pepon, the Greek name for Pumpkin meaning large melon, tends to be mistaken for just a carved candle holder for Halloween. From a chef’s point of view however, it is a starter, main and a dessert fruit. (Yes, pumpkin is a fruit!). Pumpkin is a member of the Gourd family which means it is related to the cucumber, honey dew melon, cantaloupe, watermelon and even courgette family. The pumpkin is rich in fibre, potassium and vitamin c, which is a massive health benefit to the heart as well as your skin.

Homemade Apple Crisp
It's that time of the year again. The most wonderful time. And no, I'm not taking about Christmas. I'm talking about Thanksgiving. That huge family meal that takes all day to make, those leftovers that last for weeks. And my favorite part, those homemade desserts. One of my all time favorite dessert is homemade apple crisp. You serve it immediately after it comes out of the oven, scoop nice cold ice cream on top. The warmth of the apples with the cinnamon, and the crunch of the oats with the mix of the ice cream. It's all just so lovely and dances around in your mouth. It goes to your heart, not your stomach.

Roasted Zucchini Spaghetti
The term “homemade” always sounds a little intimidating. This pasta sauce is so easy, you’re going to be questioning why you haven’t been doing it this way from the beginning. The roasted zucchini and yellow squash adds a different level of depth that enhances the flavors of your sauce. This is truly a meal that you would be proud to share with your friends and family.

Chocolate and Coffee Cake
We're bringing your taste buds back to basics with the taste chocolate combined with coffee. There's nothing better than a rich chocolate sensation in your mouth exquisitely combined with coffee to make your day even more special. This recipe is surprisingly easy to make even though there is quite of a lot ingredients. But don't worry all ingredients for my recipes are affordable so I'm not asking you to break the bank. You only need 100g of dark chocolate for the pure richness of the chocolate and instant coffee to get the taste melting in your mouth. The best part is you can use different coffee flavours if you love a particular kind of coffee such as cappuccino, latte and espresso. So there's no need to buy fresh organic coffee beans $14/£12 for 250g. So why not give this recipe try? You will be delighted to treat yourself at the end of the working day with chocolate and coffee creamed with delicious frosting.

If you've read my precious recipes you know I love carbs. You know I love making homemade noodles, breads, and doughs. If you go on my page, you will probably also notice I that love noodles. I started a noodles craze over a year ago. I love to go anywhere that has a Korean or a Chinese/Japanese flare to it. Along with my noodles craze, I've started to really enjoy the taste of garlic and onion.

Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies
You guys. These cookies are amazing. I've been making these cookies for almost a year and I've made them so much that I've truly perfected the recipe. While they have peanut butter in them, they really just taste like a jacked up chocolate chip cookie. The peanut butter helps keep the texture soft and chewy. I simply adore these cookies because the edges are slightly crisp while the center is just baked and chewy, making them perfect for dunking in ice cold milk.

Simple and Delicious Fall Recipe
Photo by Patrick Fore on Unsplash Fall is the most amazing time of year for many different reasons. The weather, seasonal vegetables, fall colors, pumpkin patches, and so much more. My favorite part of it all is capturing the essence of fall and putting it into food and sharing it with those around me. If you're anything like me, you don't have time to spend all day in the kitchen preparing food. Here's a little secret... you don't need to. I came up with this recipe that will satisfy your belly and put a smile on even the pickiest eater's face.

Low Carb Protein Muffins
I started my health & wellness journey in 2016. Honestly, I only started caring about my health because I wanted to lose weight for a cruise. Fortunately for me, I couldn’t believe how amazing I felt inside and out after I pushed myself to accomplish my goals, and the desire to eat right and hit the gym stuck around. Unfortunately for me, the all-or-nothing perfectionist attitude that I developed also stuck around. When the end of 2016 came and the holidays started approaching, I found that I couldn’t keep up my super strict routines and enjoy the food that I wanted to at the same time. So in 2017, I developed an extremely unhealthy relationship with food and had relatively zero balance in my life. In 2018, I started to find out that health and happiness don’t need to exist separately, and learned that the two things can intertwine beautifully. By learning how to cook, I was able to find ways to enjoy the types of food I’ve always loved and not feel guilty afterwards. I went from being scared of the stove and only eating microwavable foods, to learning how to create balanced meals from scratch and trying out new things.
