Shrimp Alfredo
If this is your first visit to my recipes, welcome! If you are a returner, thank you! I am a true believer that the world of food should be open to a person and moderation in all things is a great way to live life, that’s why I specialize in creating macro-friendly recipes that are much easier to “fit” in moderation.

THE BEST MONKEY BREAD
this magical monkey bread doesn’t really need any words. It just needs action. Make it, bake it, devour it. As a quick sidenote, I hate the whole snobby factor that comes with food. I’m not one to hide my feelings about cream-of-whatever soups but I really, really don’t care if you use them. And if you don’t make your own bread from scratch…guess what? We can still be friends and I’d still eat a sandwich at your house on your not-homemade bread. See?

Campfire Spaghetti Bolognese
High on the list of the comfort food, Spaghetti Bolognese is a childhood classic that everyone has a personal twist on. It’s a nice change to what usually gets cooked on the fire or BBQ, not everyone is a fan of lumps of grilled meat, this offers a nice way to feed a lot of people relatively easily and quickly. There is an added dynamic from cooking with fire, changing the heat can be difficult but it comes with practice and it doesn’t have any effect on the flavour (just the cooking time). Key to making Spaghetti Bolognese is good seasoning and flavours: mince has a nice lean flavour, but I add a mixed stock to soak into the meat. I also add hot sauce because I like hot sauce, not compulsory.

Childhood Memories
Can you imagine being awakened by your Father's cooking when you were a little kid? Well I can, because it actually happened. Picture this- your mother puts you to bed at 8 PM and you're in the deep sleep. That's until your father comes home from work around 11 P.M.

Ruction Repast
We are living in trying times, and for some it can be really scary. Families are often faced with making a decision between putting food on the table or purchasing medication or enough fuel to make it to work. To add insult to an already injured budget, families that have budgets that have long included the school system feeding each child two meals a day, five days per week, can no longer claim that security. Companies are laying off their employees or are closing all together, leaving many without jobs and uncertain futures.

Puff Pastry Tarts
This is the easiest way to make good looking food for any occasion, it couldn't be easier, it comes half made! It's basically delicious cheating. Even I can make it and I don't know my arse from my elbow. So get off your elbows and make this tasty morsel (worst joke ever).

Lemon Thyme Ricotta Poundcake
I took inspiration for this from lemon ricotta pancakes - and if you’ve never added ricotta to a pancake recipe you don’t know what you’re missing. Ricotta, just like yogurt adds moisture to a bread or cake recipe ricotta however, has a lighter flavor and allows the lemon and thyme to shine through in this poundcake. It will work perfectly as a dessert or an addition to your afternoon tea. I hope you enjoy this as much as I do.
