Do you like meal replacement shakes? Well I do. I have tried many brands over the years including Slim-Fast, Shakeology, 310, and even generic ready to drink shakes from Walmart. I like them because they are easy and usually taste pretty good to me.

INCREDIBLE HEALTH BENEFITS OF WATERMELON SEED
Watermelon is good for hydrating our body. In summer, heatstroke is common, due to that doctors advise we drink a lot of water to help prevent heatstroke. In fact, not drinking enough water can lead to dehydration, which can cause fatigue, headaches, skin problems, muscle cramps, low blood pressure and a rapid heart rate. Watermelon is around 95% water which helps prevent dehydration. It’s also considered as sweet and refreshing. It’s low in calorie and has all the essential nutrients including vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. It’s among the member of the Cucurbitaceae family. It’s a flowering plant that originated in West Africa.

Zoodles Instead of Pasta
Zucchini noodles, or zoodles, are the perfect solution when craving gluten free pasta. These are healthy noodles that can be combined with a variety of sauces and additions, and can add a handful of new recipes to your daily dinner ideas. Some people love zucchini and have used this vegetable to make lasagna type dishes and even pizza on zucchini, but the zoodle is the most versatile way to prepare it to ”fool” yourself that you are really eating pasta. I have used a portable spiralizer, as well as one that is like another appliance in the kitchen, to make many luscious zoodles dishes.
