Unless you're a real professional pitmaster, there's only so much that a poorly crafted barbecue pit can do. Cooking the old fashioned way is difficult and frankly, it often means that you will end up doing twice the work and only get bare-bones results. Even those of us with the most in-depth cook books could only get mediocre results without the best gear.

If you're like me, you love Reese's Peanut Butter Cups. Especially when you put them in the freezer. That first bite into a frozen peanut butter cup is better than, well I'll let you fill in that blank. So last year, I decided I wanted to write a cook book. There is no logical reason for this, in fact it could be argued that I am the last person who should be writing a cook book because I don't follow recipes very well.
