Why We Love (Scream) For Ice Cream
First published in 1927, that iconic song that my uncle with a sweet tooth sings to me over and over called "Ice cream, you scream, we all scream for ice cream" has an element of truth to it. This article outlines around ten valid reasons as to why we love this fruity, sweet, sugary, and (even) savoury treat so much, whether in a cup or a cone (and even on a stick) - with or without toppings.

Warm your Soul with these Soup Recipes
Because I live in a Tropical Country, our climate is shifting toward summer, but people in the Polar Regions are experiencing the opposite, and to help you get through the winter, I've compiled a list of soup recipes that you can make at home. These are more delicious than most soups, but there's no reason you can't eat any soups you want. Just remember to reduce the amount of seasoning you put in every soup you make.

Culinary Creations
Food has always been such a passion in my life since I was at the young age of 5, while all the other children were watching Blues Clues and Dora the Explorer, I was watching Emeril Lagasse and Mario Batali on the Food Network. I yearn to create delicious pastas, breads, and so many other dishes.

Food for Thought...
For some people, the kitchen is little more than a showpiece. Glossy white acrylic cabinets and black quartz worktops with nary a scratch. Then there are others, like myself, for whom the kitchen is a place of function over form, a hub that serves as both a breeding ground for creativity as well as a place of meditation.

Snip snip
Sandwiches. I make cut out shapes for my daughters lunch. Ham sandwiches, cheese sandwiches..whatever filling she likes. I use my scissors to cut and mould a different shape everyday. A heart, a circle, sometimes even a Roblox character if I can. A knife, a little difficult to navigate the curves..shape cutters, where can I even store them? But scissors..my favourite utensil! I can’t explain how much easier it is, you really have to try it yourself! Even the crusts..it’s so much easier. When she gets to school all her friends say “Luna let me see your sandwich today!” This has become her ‘thing’. I love it! It gives her excitement, thrill and actually it makes her eat her lunch! (She can be a fussy madam)
