Finland
Mustikkapiirakka is a traditional blueberry pie. The crust is a combination of flour, butter, sugar, eggs, and baking powder. Once mixed the dough is pressed into a tart pan, pricked by a fork, and pre-baked. The filling consists of fresh blueberries, sour cream, eggs, sugar, vanilla, and cardamom then placed in the over until the filling is set and the edges are brown.
Sweden

Smulpaj is a combination of the Swedish words for crumb and pie. The base is a crumbly mixture with diced fruit and berries (usually raspberries and blueberries) poured over it. The pie is flavored with sugar and cinnamon and baked till crisp.
England

Banoffee Pie is an English dessert. It is a pie basically prepared with cream, bananas, and toffee. The base is made with crumbled biscuits.
France

Lemon Meringue Pie is a baked dessert that has a base of shortcrust pastry, a filling prepared with lemon custard, and then topped with fluffy meringue. The custard is usually made with a combination of lemon zest and juice, sugar, egg yolks, and (sometimes) starch.
The Netherlands

Appeltaart is a traditional apple pie. The pie is baked in a spring form pan. The filling consists of chunks of apples, currants, and raisins and is spiced with cinnamon, lemon juice, and other warm spices. Usually served at room temperature topped with whipped cream.
Hungary

Almás pite is a traditional apple pie known for its rustic, homemade qualities. The base consists of a buttery, flaky pastry. It is filled with a sweetened apple mixture flavored with cinnamon, lemon zest, vanilla. The apples are grated and mixed with sugar and spices then sandwiched between layers of dough. After baking, the pie develops a golden-brown crust and a juicy, fragrant apple filling.
Poland

Szarlotka is a traditional apple pie that is hugely popular in all of Poland. The pie base is prepred with shortcrust pastry or semi-shortcrust pastry and cooked or raw apples. It's a double-crust pie, and the top of the pie is usually crumbled. Szarlotka can also have other fruits like peaches and pears, the apple filling can have raisins, and the crumble topping can be mixed with almonds.
Greece

Melopita or honey pie is associated with the island of Sifnos. The pie is prepared with fresh cheese, preferably mizithra based on sheep or goat milk, eggs, and honey, and it is usually baked as a round, crustless cake. It is recommended to garnish melopita with a sprinkle of cinnamon and an additional drizzle of honey.

Greek-style apple pie is a classic dessert. It is prepared like a rich coffee cake with cinnamon-spiced apples and a soft, buttery dough. Standard additions often include walnuts, various types of flavorings, and dried fruits.
Italy

Crostata is an Italian dessert with crusty pastry. The most commonly-used fruit in Crostata are cherries, berries, apricots, or peaches. It can be prepared as an open-faced dessert or covered with a top crust, usually in the form of a lattice. The most popular variety of crostata in the south of Italy is Crostata di Ricotta, while northern Italy favors the creamy, fruity crostata that originated in Rome.

Canada

Sugar Pie is a dessert that is prepared like an open pie without a top crust. It is filled with a combination of sugar, maple syrup, cream, butter, and a bit of salt. The pie is usually flavored with vanilla.

Saskatoon Berry Pie is made with the Saskatoon berries native to Western Canada, which grow from the Plains to the coast of British Columbia. The pie is made from flour, pie pastry, butter, eggs, and Saskatoon berries (similar to blueberries, but harder and with smaller seeds, drier and earthier in flavor).

Idaho

Huckleberry Pie is a traditional double crust pie with a sweet-tart huckleberry filling. This dessert is made by covering a pie crust with a mixture of huckleberries, sugar, lemon juice and zest, thickeners, and butter, and finished off with a top crust. Flour, cornstarch, or tapioca are usually used as thickeners, while cinnamon and nutmeg are often added to the filling for extra flavor. The pie is baked in the oven until bubbly, golden brown, and crispy, and it is usually eaten warm or at room temperature.
Southern US

Chess Pie is traditionally associated with the South. A thin pastry crust is filled with eggs, butter, vanilla, cornmeal, and various sweeteners. When baked, the filling turns into a thick, velvety custard, which is best complemented with a dollop of unsweetened whipped cream.

The classic Pecan Pie consists of a thin pastry crust that is topped with a mixture of eggs, butter, flour, a sweetener such as brown sugar, syrup, or molasses, and a handful of halved or chopped pecans. When baked, pecan pie should have the consistency of a thick, silky custard with a pronounced caramel taste.

Key lime Pie is a grass-green sweet and sour dessert originating from the Florida Keys. It consists of aromatic Key lime juice, condensed milk, and eggs that are mixed together into a custard. The custard is poured into a buttery crust made from graham crackers and topped with sweet whipped cream.
Oregon

Marionberry Pie is a traditional comfort food staple from Oregon. Marionberries are a cross of Chehalem and Olallie blackberries, characterized by a tart and complex flavor with a hint of earthiness and sweetness. The crust for this pie is made with flour, salt, shortening, and cold water, while the filling is prepared with marionberries, sugar, cornstarch, and cinnamon for extra flavor. Once assembled, the pie is baked until it develops a golden-brown color.
Vermont

Maple Cream Pie comes from the state of Vermont the largest producer of maple syrup in the US. The pie is made with maple syrup, egg yolks, brown sugar, vanilla extract, salt, milk, and heavy cream. The crust is usually made from butter, flour, sugar, salt, and often cream cheese. The filling is poured into the pie crust, and the pie is then chilled. This article on European pies is great. I've made a few of these myself. The Finland Mustikkapiirakka sounds delicious, and I like how Hungary's Almás pite has that rustic, homemade feel.
