Dear Cressida Cowell, Simon Cowell, and everyone else that helped write the twelve books "How To Train Your Dragon". Hello! This is my first critique ever, and it is dedicated to your book.

Enjoy!

~The Characters Attitude And Background~

So, the first category I will be critiquing is The Characters Attitude And Background.

All of their attitudes match their background perfectly, especially for fishlegs and snotlout, because I can see how Snotlout does not like Hiccup at all, and there was a lot of detail for Fishlegs!

The skills of the characters are all amazing! Camacazi was a burglar, Fishlegs was... Fishlegs. Hiccup was a wimp and Snotlout was (understandably) a bully.

The fact that all of the bad characters LITERALLY SAVED THE WORLD is amazing!!! If I was any of them, I would have NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVERRRRRRRRR thought that Hiccup and everyone else would be a hero! Great plot!

One critique, though, is that some things are unclear, such as when the dragon Furious swam/flew out to sea in one of the last books, because the book stated earlier that he was dying, but then said he was happy, going back to his home. If you could ever clarify on things like this, it would be really great to all us wondering readers here.

Overall, your stories are really amazing! Keep writing!

I really enjoyed reading your thoughts on "How To Train Your Dragon." You're right about the characters' attitudes matching their backgrounds well. It made them feel so real. And the plot twist of the bad guys saving the world was great. But I get what you mean about the unclear parts. That bit with Furious was confusing. Maybe the authors could add some extra explanation in a future edition. What other parts of the story did you find a bit hard to follow?
