NEW YEARS DAY 2025 is HERE
Are you a New Years Eve or a New Years Day type of person? I consider myself both, BUT I'm definitely enjoy New Years Day more. I like to stay in or go out New Years Eve. I'm happy either way but I definitely come home before midnight if I do go out or right after. I don't like staying out late. New Years Day on the other hand, I always love to go to brunch. It feels so nice to have a day off, a new year, get together with your partner or a friend/s and have brunch. I get very excited for the brunch on New Years Day. Something about starting your year off with a nice brunch, which is my favorite activity, just feels so positive and relaxing. It doesn't hurt that I'm a big fan of day drinking too.

What can we learn from Brianna Chicken Fry and Zach Bryan Fall Out
When Brianna and Zach first met at the ACM Country Awards, they took a photo and were both in other relationships. Brianna later on praised one of Zach's concerts and shortly after they reconnected by Zach reaching out and started dating sometime around June 2023. Brianna hosts a podcast and has a flexible schedule and agreed to go on tour with Zach to spend time together. This is where things became sticky being so close for so long on a tour bus, you really get to know someone quick.

Rebounding is Walking's Little Sister
Walking, as we all know, is a terrific way to lose weight, maintain weight, relieve stress, be in nature; the benefits go on and on. I personally LOVE WALKING but do I find myself walking daily? No, only to walk my dog short walks. Why? because getting dressed, getting my earphones, my keys and actually going outside to walk on a daily basis, is just not in the cards for me as much as I would like it to be, believe me I have tried again and again. I need something I can do 'realistically' on a daily basis to hit my goals and gain the benefits of moving but not feeling defeated when I just can't get myself to alot 30 minutes to an hour to go outside after work. Not to mention, if it's raining or too hot just gives me more excuses not to do it.
