When Brianna and Zach first met at the ACM Country Awards, they took a photo and were both in other relationships. Brianna later on praised one of Zach's concerts and shortly after they reconnected by Zach reaching out and started dating sometime around June 2023. Brianna hosts a podcast and has a flexible schedule and agreed to go on tour with Zach to spend time together. This is where things became sticky being so close for so long on a tour bus, you really get to know someone quick.

Without being there, we can assume the pink flags were there from the beginning but since Zach seems to give off narcissistic tendencies, by what Brianna has divulged, these pink flags are subtle and can play a trick on your mind. Brianna being 25 and Zach 28, the age difference, unlike other couples that have a father daughter dynamic, is not the case here. They didn't date very long as the aftermath of their breakup is being talked about now in November 2024 leading us to believe they only dated for a little over a year.

Brianna being as young as she is, this type of a slow burn of emotional turmoil in a union is not uncommon. Zach, from what she has said, slowly turned down the charm and upped the mind games. He would give conflicting opinions (you look trashy in that dress, then to the public 'look how gorgeous she looks), or I want to come to your birthday party but then terrorizes everyone there with his moody rude behavior. People that are inconsistent and do not show genuine care for your emotions, should be let go of early on as this is something that either can't be fixed or won't be fixed if tolerated.

Narcissists often use manipulation, control, and emotional abuse to maintain power, which can leave you doubting your worth and abilities.

A few steps to ease out of these type of unions are:

-ACCEPT the reality you need to leave. Often people stay too long out of comfort, finance, kids etc but it will just chip away at your self esteem and confidence making it that much harder later.

-LEAN on your friends and people around you to keep you accountable on accepting said reality and to continue staying in the power of leaving, as Brianna had in people like her coworkers (Dave Portnoy and Josh) and her friends and family.

-SET CLEAR BOUNDARIES. Limit conversations, set clear boundaries on topics discussed and be consistent with it with neutral non argumentative tones (they thrive on you being upset).

-PLAN A STRATEGIC EXIT. Prepare financially, emotionally, and logistically. This might include saving money, finding a safe place to stay, and gathering important documents. Be discreet about your plans to avoid triggering controlling behaviors.

Zach Bryan broke up with Brianna which leads us to believe she didn't want to break up and would've stayed for much much longer. Fortunately, for her the decision was made for her but ideally she should've come to the conclusion on her own to get out of a relationship that she didn't feel healthy and herself most of the time. I think the biggest lesson here is to not wait for someone else to make the right decisions for yourself as well as never put value in money over your own healthy mindset. Money can fix a lot of issues but mental and emotional health isn't one of them. I'm glad she ended up not taking his bribe money, as she stated she was just about to but he took too long to settle the paperwork and give the money to her.

Because this is a very public breakup, the chances they speak again are slim to none but in reality with non famous people you will be tempted to speak when the narcissist reaches out which they usually do. It's very important to keep no contact or if you have children, keep the very strict boundaries in place with limited contact and limited topics of conversation. It's very easy to slip into an argument which is what they thrive on. Brianna has done some public arguing with Zach regarding the cat he took that she claims is hers. I'd advise against this and try to get the cat back another way, legally, or otherwise as oppose to having public social media arguments with him.

While the situation itself may seem like just another chapter in pop culture gossip, it provides a lens through which we can explore broader themes about relationships, communication, and the pressures of public life.

Lastly, it's important to know you always have a choice no matter what people say. Just because a choice seems less popular or you'll get less out of it, in your heart you know you will be better for it emotionally and that's truly what matters. Once you lose yourself, you're just a shell of you and with all the money in the world that's not a good place to be. Be consistent in your journey and seek therapy if that will help you along the path you don't want to stray from. One day at a time.

Happy Staying Healthy and Content :)
