Dancing from Morning Till Night
“Morning Has Broken” is a Christian hymn that was first published in 1931. The words are by English author Eleanor Farjeon. The song was inspired by the village of Alfriston in East Sussex, England. The melody is a traditional Scottish Gaelic tune “Bunessan”. In 1971 English pop musician and folk singer Cat Stevens recorded the song featuring it on his album Teaser and the Firecat. His recording became very popular and charted on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. It rose to number one on the Easy Listening chart.

Spice it Up with Peppers
Europe France Ratatouille is a traditional Provencal vegetable ragout. It is prepared with courgettes, eggplants, green and red peppers, tomatoes, onions, garlic, and parsley. Each ingredient is first simmered separately and seasoned with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Once done all the ingredients are tossed together.

Riga on the Daugava River
Riga, the capital of Latvia is set on the Baltic Sea at the mouth of the Daugava River. The river runs through the city dividing it into the Right Bank which is the city side and the Left Bank the suburban side. The capital is the largest and most populous city in the country.
