Day 12 of My 40 Day Fast: Curses on Marriages to Cause Fights Is a Thing
There are people out there who focus more on others than themselves. Focusing on ourselves requires work, so it’s easier for some to take down those levelling up instead. When people level up those who are not doing the work feel exposed.

Day 11 of My 40 Day Fast: Something Dark Possesses My Brother - Part 3
The first five to seven days of fasting when the body is weak can be rough, and I’m well over that hump. That’s not to say there aren’t rough days during extended or long fasts. Mornings are slow-going and then my energy levels out throughout the day.

Day 9 of My 40 Day Fast: Something Dark Possesses My Brother - Part 2
I am repulsed by water. I reach this phase when I water fast. I’m overcome with such a strong aversion to it. I don’t want to put it into my mouth. After I drink it I feel gross. The irony is not lost on me.

Day 7 of My 40 Day Fast: Something Dark Possesses My Brother - Part 1
I feel better today than the last couple days, but I’m still relying on water for energy. Last night I was nauseated. My stomach felt ill, and my mouth kept watering the way it does when the body is gearing up to barf. I abhor vomiting. It’s one of the worst feelings in life. Luckily the nausea passed by the time I woke up this morning.

Day 6 of My 40 Day Fast: Twin Flames Are Not New Age; They’re Ancient
I’m going to be honest and candid about this process. I don’t want to lead anyone into thinking fasting is easy. It’s not meant to be easy. It’s self-sacrifice. It’s penance. It is a spiritual journey wherein you give up something to receive something from enlightenment to miracles. Fasting brings you closer to the spiritual realm and elevates your energy to higher beings.

Day 5 of My 40 Day Fast: I Was Under a Love Spell for Years - Part 4
I can’t stop watching food videos on Youtube. When I fast I become obsessed with mukbangs, recipes, travel foodies, etc. I look up restaurant menus for establishments that I tell myself I’m going to once the fast is over and never do. I’m not hungry, but I can't stop thinking about food.

Day 4 of My 40 Day Fast: I Was Under a Love Spell for Years - Part 3
The sourness on my tongue has arrived. I absolutely detest this taste. Over time it gives me the ick. I figured out during my last fast that brushing my mouth in the morning AND night helps to lessen it.

Day 3 of My 40 Day Fast: I Was Under a Love Spell for Years - Part 2
I woke up feeling weak. A result of the lack of hydration from all the hours I was sleeping. I sat up in bed and drank about two litres of water. I take my time doing this. I drink half a litre and wait until there’s room in my tummy then drink another half litre. I do this until I feel better, usually after two litres of water, and then I start my day.
