One Down .. Millions To Go
Introduction This was where I was in 2017, doing a million steps every three months. That is probably still true today, although I have reduced my daily target to seven thousand steps. That may sound odd, but I believe it is always best to set achievable targets because when you hit them, it feels good, and when you surpass them, it feels better. The targets have also got to be meaningful, to sum people it might be walking up a flight of stairs, or even just getting out of bed.

The only evidence was the cool gangster clothes floating in the ether. This was where the "Fantasy Factory" had stood, a cool disco frequented by money and faux-class, thinking themselves as great as Gatsby, but now they were gone.
