A Child. Content Warning.
She's a child; dreaming of ponies and rainbows, imagining a life where she's the prettiest princess of them all. She's a child; thinking of all the memories she'll create when she's older, listing all the things she'll check off once she's grown.

When Emma Falls in Love
She couldn't help but smile any time she looked at him. He was just some stranger sitting across from her at the local bookshop, but somehow... she had been intrigued by him. His sparkling blue eyes. The little smile he expressed every time they made eye contact. She couldn't stop herself from biting her lip every single time the contact occurred, as her cheeks would flush with a burning sensation.

The End of the Chapter. Content Warning.
The sun was blinding as I took that first step out onto the front porch. Red and blue lights flashed all the way down our street, and officers had already began taking notes about the findings while also whispering amongst one another. My eyes couldn't help but fall onto Uncle Ricky. He was sitting in the back of one of the cop cars, yelling at the officer leaning up against it. He was probably just fussing over the fact that the officer wasn't bothering to give him the attention he's always craved. Uncle Ricky was always unhappy when he couldn't be the center of attention.

Write What YOU Want To Write About.. Don't Let Anyone (or Anything) Else Stop You From Doing What You Want To Do
I've gone back and forth between doing this for about a couple months now, and have always told myself how this idea was stupid and that nobody would truly care about this kind of thing on here. I wanted to start a journal entry "series" on here for a while now where I just talk about literally anything I wanted to discuss in the moment. I constantly would push this idea out of my mind because I just felt like it's some dumb idea that shouldn't be on the internet.

Soulmates
Lights began to flicker as the music grew louder. The dance floor began to crowd as the guests got up to liven up this wedding reception. The bride and groom were in the dead center of the floor; swaying along to the music as if they had been the only ones in the room.
