3Quency & Soulidified's Tour Kick-Off in Orlando Was a Success!
If there’s one thing Orlando knows, it’s pop groups. When you think back to the biggest boy bands of the ’90s, one name comes to mind—Johnny Wright. From Backstreet Boys and *NSYNC to mentoring two of Netflix’s Building the Band standouts: 3Quency and Soulidified—it’s safe to say Orlando remains a pop haven, with Wright still leading the charge.

Disney’s New Tween Era Glows with Millennial Nostalgia: “Electric Bloom” & “Vampirina: Teenage Vampire”
The Disney Channel has always been a network I could count on throughout my life. From watching Lizzie McGuire with my friends in high school because Aaron Carter was guest-starring, to belting out songs from High School Musical with my sisters well into our twenties—Disney always hit the mark. Sure, I wasn’t always the intended age group for their shows, but they never failed to put a smile on my face. One thing’s for sure: Disney has a knack for spotting talent and turning them into stars.

Three Knocks in the French Quarter
THUMP! THUMP! THUMP! A pounding at the door cut through the dim and quiet café at the corner of Decatur Street like a rusted knife. The lights were low with the CLOSED sign facing outward, but in a few hours, the café would be bustling with regulars and tourists alike. Margaux Lumiere was grateful her café dreams were a success, but these quiet moments baking pastries in the kitchen were the ones she cherished most. She had been humming along to the soft sounds of Edith Piaf as she rolled out the laminated dough for her famous croissants.

A Writer’s Top 7 Must-Visit Cities in the U.S.
As a writer originally from New York City, I grew up observing people, soaking in different vibes, and letting those atmospheres shift my mood. I was never a full-on party girl—though I had my moments and still love to dance. But more often, you’ll find me tucked away with a cup of coffee, journaling, and taking in the ambiance of a place.

Traveling Barista Picks: Coffee Shop Playlist
Let’s face it, being a barista is sometimes a gruesome job. We romanticize it, and how it allows us to pursue our dreams and connect with people. While that is all true, there is also the downside. We’re often underpaid, overworked, and take crap from everyone.

By Sandy Lo Since I was a kid, I’ve always felt a connection to Adam Sandler. Not in a creepy way—though I did write him a fan letter at twelve years old telling him he had a nice body in Airheads. 😂

Xoë Miles on “I Said It,” Her Musical Journey, and What’s Next
By Sandy Lo Nashville-based singer/songwriter Xoë Miles is the very definition of a one-woman powerhouse. She often writes, records her background vocals, and even mixes and masters her songs. On her latest release, the vibey and emotive single “I Said It”, Xoë collaborated with fellow Nashville talent Olivia Gunn to write the track, while Joseph DePrizio served as engineer. The song blends smooth production with lyrical vulnerability, showcasing Xoë’s knack for crafting music that’s as authentic as it is sonically rich.

I Thought I Had to Be Someone Different Once I Got Married

Why I Haven’t Written a Romance Novel in 5 Years: Living My Own Love Story
By Sandy Lo "Either write something worth reading or do something worth writing about. " I love that Benjamin Franklin quote, and I always tried to do one or the other, if not both… however, lately, I’ve been doing less writing and more living.
