Why did the penguin chose solitude?

It's the start of 2026 and we have a case to study. A penguin is getting famous because he chose loneliness over company. He left his club and is on the way to his own adventure. Is there gonna be a buzz about it ? I can totally see it. And humans are going to relate to this like never before.

But why is he moving towards mountains? Does he love mountains more than ocean like a lot of us do? or did he had arguments with his family and he chose to make such irrational decision? He still chose to make his way towards mountains where his death seem certain with no food and extreme cold when he was brought to his companions again and again. But why? Does he like the adventure and he is set to do something that someone has never done before or he missed someone he lost and is buried on those mountain? But why is no one stopping him?

There might be any of the above reasons or any other we can't even seem to fanthom because we are humans and not penguins. We don't talk penguinees to communicate with them if what their language is called.

This is most bizarre thing to witness even for someone who has studied penguins because penguins move in group, right? That is what they showed in happy feet and I love penguins.

Maybe he wanted his group to be led by him and he was not welcomed with such idea. Thus to prove them wrong he had the bet that he would reach ocean faster than them from completely opposite direction and they would meet there and when humans were trying to help him he was thinking how humans are nuisance. Clearly, he has bad sense of direction and he is overconfident.

Or he might be in his way to spiritual awakening. He chose mountains. No sage has even chosen ocean for their meditation. He chose peace over food this will bring him closure to the wisdom of gods.

But what if it is different than any of this? What if he is trying to show us something? What if he wanted to prove to humans ( if it is what they call us, as they did in madagasker) to not follow the crowd? Oh my god !!! He learnt it from humans. He certainly did. What if he learnt human language because there are lot of humans going to antarctic nowadays, because he is very smart and he listened to humans talk " it is better to not follow the crowd " and now in a mission to find if any of it is true. What do we do? We have corrupted his brain.

I certainly wanted to write this on a very serious note and I have no idea how it has turned out. It has become soup with all the vegetables in it. Oh! It has become a ocean because ocean is a soup. And the penguin did not choose the soup, I mean ocean. He chose it the harder way.

I certainly think penguins are smart and I think he is the smartest. I think he has certain ideas that we peabrain cannot fanthom. Well we are smart but less smart than the penguin. And I don't know what the world thinks of him. You can think all you want but I support him because he did not give up even when he was brought again and again to his companions. He is determined to show something, prove something and I only wish he gets the day to see his wish ( if it is a good one) fulfilled. And I certainly don't see him backing down.

I am certain he has a reason for this.
