Revisiting Financial Wellness
The significance of financial well-being in the workplace is widely recognized, yet a significant gap remains. Recent findings by Cerulli Associates show that 71% of 401(k) plan sponsors have adopted (https://www.cerulli.com/press-releases/only-24-of-active-401k-participants-feel-very-confident-in-maintaining-current-living-standard-in-retirement), but actual utilization rates are below 20% among eligible participants. Coloration also helps distinguish between individuals of their species and those of different species, ensuring successful mating and preventing hybridization. It also influences mate selection and courtship behavior, leading to competition among males to display the most attractive colors. Males may use their vibrant colors to establish dominance and protect their mating rights. Overall, coloration plays a significant role in stud butterflies lives, ensuring their survival and the survival of their species.

One Dollar Challenge - Quote Me Baby - July 2024 (Unofficial)

Dig deep into the crevices (stop) of your sofa for your pen, and into your heart and soul for... something else.

Dancing at the edge of oblivion
The lightbulb hanging by a single cable over my desk flickers, and dies, as if telling me to leave. That my job here is done, last precautions taken and all traces burnt. Love letters, photographs, any mentions of our identities had to be destroyed, oblivion as reward for success. Everything else is in God’s hands. Even if I can’t remember the last time my feet crossed the threshold of a church, if there ever was a time to pray, it was tonight. If not for success, but that we are doing what’s right. Through the wooden door, gentle plucking of stings drew me out of my room, a familiar melody disturbing the solemn peace of my night.
