And Then There Were Twenty (Vocal Challenges)
To Keep Us Going For A While

Introduction
Yesterday, there was an email informing us that there were another half dozen Vocal Challenges dropped in our lap, making, at this moment in time, nineteen active Vocal Challenges.
This is made up of the tail-end challenge from the last drop, the dozen poetry ones, which have enabled me to try two new poetry forms, and now a half dozen non-poetry challenges.
I have entered seven of the nineteen so far.
I just realised I miscounted for the title, but twenty sounds better than nineteen, and the current drops are twelve and six, which add up to eighteen. That will keep dropping over the next three months, so twenty is a good starting point.
Nineteen Challenges
These challenges should take us up to the 19th of December 2025 (if my Excel calculation is correct), so everyone who lives for Vocal challenges should be happy for the next three or four months.
The initial drops still unsettle me, but I have planned this one out, and the new challenges just drop straight into that plan.
I referenced it here:
I am wondering if this is a response to Creators' Unofficial Challenges; there have only been four in September. I won't stop mine. There will be a new one dropping on my birthday.
For me, the new challenges are nothing but prompts, but they give me some ideas to create and share stories.
Conclusion
I have maintained my one challenge a day, and should have them all completed by the 1st of October.
I actually did two entries for the Lantern Challenge because I saw two beautiful images that I thought were perfect for the challenge, and I used Concrete Poetry for the first time since I discovered its name, in this one:
The music is "Do It" by The Pink Fairies, because that's what we all have to do.

I love how youβre using the challenges as prompts to spark new ideas. I have to admit I've enjoyed them as they've made me attempt things I wouldn't normally do.
I'm amazed that you're able to keep up with all these challenges, even if just using them as prompts. I'm probably not going to get to all of them myself since they don't all strike me, but I can't wait to see what you come up with.
I admire your stamina and creativeness
Keep doing what you are doing Mike.
Yes, just do it. Keep going, Mike.
Oh God, there are more new challenges? Aren't the existing ones enough? πππππ
Are the any fiction challenges? I was worried when it was all poetry as i dint really know how to write that:
β‘πβ‘ Go, Mike. Your consistent productivity is amazing.
