Trump’s Abduction Top 10 List
Rich people have personal chefs. American Presidents have personal kidnap squads. Or, in a government euphemism, extraordinary rendition teams — Navy SEALs, Delta Force, FBI, and CIA Special Ops — armed groups whose mission is to capture anyone the President asks for.

7 Uplifting Science Stories from 2025
1. The Remarkable Recovery of the Green Sea Turtle The green sea turtle (Chelonia mydas), endangered since the 1980s, has made an incredible comeback. Thanks to dedicated efforts like protecting nesting sites and reducing bycatch in fishing nets, this iconic species has been downgraded to "least concern" on the IUCN Red List. Going Undercover. Content Warning.
By 2019, I had been writing cartel stories for a dozen years yet I still wasn’t ready for what I heard. Marcos Reyes, a half-Dominican gun merchant out of Chicago, told me about it. He appeared at gun shows all over America as Marcos, but almost every narco in Mexico calls him El FrĂto. The Rooms Lost in the White House East Wing Demolition
East Wing Entrance — Established in 1902 as part of the original East Terrace; used for public access since 1942. During World War II (1942–1945), the Visitor's Entrance facilitated discreet wartime briefings. In 1962, it welcomed dignitaries like Empress Farah of Iran for tours led by Jacqueline Kennedy. Served as the gateway for all non-official visitors.

Echoes of Loss. Top Story - September 2025. Content Warning.
[TW: family conflict, mental illness, suicide] A frantic scratching comes from the front door, echoing through our living room. Claws scrapping against hard wood. A sound I know well– Bilbo, our cat, trying to get in. Bilbo died a year ago.

Getting Away from My Wife
In the hierarchy of men, there are Alpha and Beta, and there’s me, the next letter of the Greek alphabet–a Gamma male. Too shy to lead, but too proud to follow. Dodging conflict but quietly convinced I’m right. Rigorously avoiding sports but wanting to get a good kick in every once in a while. To sum it all up, I love the thrill of defiance.
