Something for the Pro-Lifers to Think About
Abortion has been gracing the headlines and news outlets a lot lately. Not for its decline or anything along those lines, but for people marching in the streets. Many on the hating-it side are yelling at women that they are murderers. Then there are certain bills that are up for rejection or approval that could yet again hurt women.

Sexual Harassment
Throughout the history of the United States, government officials have spoken about filthy things forgetting about the idea of political correctness entirely. Current president, Donald Trump, when referring to women has felt entitled to “grab ‘em by the pussy.” Some politicians have been corrected, yet to this day, some still continue to speak openly about their disgusting sexual desires that should clearly be kept to themselves. Women have dealt with suffrage far too long now to be constantly reminded that they aren’t respected for their individualism and viewed simply for their biological structures. Statements underestimating the impact of sexual assault/harassment are tolerated too much in our society and in our government.

The Threat of Male Egos
There are some communities that need to have groups fighting for their rights, like LGBTQ, women, people of color, etc. Then there are those groups like the Men's Rights Activists groups that have sprung up in recent years. Can you imagine a female being anything but helpless and in need of a big, strong man to save her? It flies in the face of their reality, and they are not afraid to let people know that.

Pink Scars
As a recent breast cancer survivor, I have had my days where I felt unsure of what my purpose in all of this would be. I couldn't believe that this illness came into my life and made me feel so insecure—sometimes feeling helpless and hopeless due to the possible outcome. But, I had to remind myself that I'm not alone and that there are millions of women who are in my same shoes that are also trying to cope as well.

Ok, But Women Enjoy Sex Too
Title got you, right? Caught you! Naughty little thing. Anyway, shall we begin? Are you sure you’re ready? The vagina (also known as the pussy, the coochie, the cookie, the box, usisi/the lady). This is the female reproductive organ. It’s not the most attractive thing, but most people have come into the world via the vagina. It stretches to first accommodate a penis, then later stretches to deliver a whole human being into the world. Powerful, right? Perhaps the most underrated ability of a vagina is PLEASURE!
