To Whom It May Concern
I often flashback to my younger self and wish I had access to the knowledge that I have now. As an older sibling, elder cousin and model, I often sit back and wonder how the state of the world is affecting those closest to me through relation and experience. I wonder how others cope, decide and maneuver during this current age of technology, oversaturated consumer markets and narcissism. Then I remember that this has always been our theme, and technology has just boosted everything.

Struck Gold
A week stay on the Gold coast of Costa Rica has spoiled me. Paradise is the best word to describe it. Guanacaste was amazing. My grandparents have had a timeshare for years, and they love to travel so they racked up enough points to get this amazing four floor home built alongside the cliffs of the beach. I was financially blessed in 2018 to grab a room, and be a part of this week-long international experience. There was everything you needed from views, to an infinity pool, a beach right below you, along with a beachfront restaurant. There were three restaurants in walking distance, but there was also a beautiful grill at the house on the third-floor deck along with the infinity pool. Officially, I am completely obsessed with this idea of renting a house for every vacation!

Manifestation
Everything is connected. View yourself as a plant. Your mind is the seed, forever the Ying to heart both supporting your growth. Your arms, mouth, ears, hands, feet, all of you creates one, the flower, forever growing with each day's trails and triumphs. Everything living is connected, did you know words were of the living as well? Think about it. This is why "watch what you say" and "be careful what you ask for" because words HAVE VALUE.

Happy International Women's Day
A few days late, but worth the wait. As an ode to us let’s honor International Women’s day through the Ted talk given by Trace Ellis Ross in April 2018. In Vancouver, Trace stood in the Ted conference room proudly as she presented, “A woman’s fury holds a lifetime.” This truly resonated with me, though I am only in my 20s I unfortunately see and carry the weight my mother(s) had to endure. This Ted talk and this passage here is not to shame the entire male species, not to spread hate, but to open up eyes. It is the 21st century and as Ms. Ross says, time is up and it is now the time to stand up for our women! “Time is up on mans bad behavior!” Let’s give our women a louder voice, be proud of us for speaking up. Let us remove the unnecessary limits we place on the female species.
