Dating with Priorities
Dating can be daunting. It forces us to look within ourselves, and expose our vulnerability to total strangers, in the hopes of building a long lasting connection for life, and the older you get the more you there is at stake, and your 20s are the most vital decade for ones’ love life; it is the foundation of your love life. Some would even say they are the years that lead you to the love of your life, and shape you in all aspects of life.

Freedom Dreaming
I am tired of getting taught. Sometimes I just want to dream. Like who would we be if we didn't dream about how to make life more accessible, more inclusive, more possible for every crevice of our country? As we can see, the direction of our country is in a stuck place. Although we can be hopeful in 2020 that we get a President that is for humanity, and not just personal gain/profits, I find that it is ordinary people that really can keep us all in mind. Sometimes laws, books, and music are all good things. But that is too simple, I don't want to be given the lyrics, the formulas, the "ways that the world is supposed to be."

Let's start with stating something most of us probably already know—feminism is about equality. Plain and simple as that. It's not about one gender being better than the other, it's not about hating men unfairly, it's not women wanting to take over the world and have things better than anyone else; it's simply about creating true equality between genders. If you've seen more extreme examples of people claiming to be feminists and putting the other gender down excessively, please keep an open mind and remember that true feminism is just about equality.

The Women's Land Army
‘We’ve come a long way; from Adam’s rib to Women’s Lib.’ This was the 'war-cry’ of women in the 1970s, and refers to the major changes that were coming about, thanks to protests around the world by the Women’s Liberation Movement. The story of “Adam’s Rib” is found in Genesis, which tells how God created the first woman, Eve, by removing a rib from Adam’s body and fashioning it into a woman. Regardless of which deity (if any) that you put your faith in, the idea of women being lesser beings seems to be consistent. For such a long time women were unable to compete at the same level as men, but through relentless campaigning and gradual social change, we arrive where we are today.

What is PCOS and what does it stand for? PCOS aka PCOD stands for Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome or Polycystic Ovarian Disorder a treatable but not curable disease which causes a woman's period to come less than it should or causes it to last longer than normal due to the amount of androgen, a male hormone, because of this small cyst form on the ovaries creating other unwanted problems such as: being overweight, infertility, acne, facial hair, depression, anxiety, loss of hair, and male features. If PCOS isn't treated it can cause endometrial cancer because you're not shedding the uterine lining every month as well as diabetes, and autoimmune thyroid disease.
