Millions of Africans Adore Trump Is This The Real Reason Africa Is Suffering?

Out of the top 10 countries in the world with dictators most are on the African continent, even if you leave out Burkina Faso, Mali and Niger which are military lead. The fact that so many corrupted presidents who are also morally bankrupt humans, were elected into office in the first place shows the minds of many in Africa.

William Ruto was named 2nd in the world as most corrupt leader. Then you have the president of Nigeria Bola Ahmed Tinubu. Who many accuse of being involved in drug dealing & trafficking, when he was living in the United States.

Between Kenyan president Ruto who came in 2nd, Tinubu of Nigeria came in 3rd. There are several news sources that claim around 60% of Nigierians love Trump. An unknown number of Nigerians around the world also seem to love Trump and have loved him even during his first term.

No matter the fact that he called their countries along with Haiti, "shit hole" countries.

Inspite of Trump's comments on Black people, Haitians, as well as Africans the Congo, they still remain loyal. The one thing that many claim they love about him is that is says what's on his mind, which is probably one of the worst qualities he has.

Living in Ghana, that was one of the biggest things I couldn't stand about the country, Ghanaians spouting out horribly racist, ignorant and uneducated things to myself & others. Things that a person would be normally be embarrassed to think even, they'd shout outloud.

The laughing & joking about rape or violent sexual acts was the worst. This must be one of the things they love because some do this a lot.

Trump never in his life seemed to ever care about homosexuality, he has never shown to be a Christian that attends any church but that doesn't stop his followers in the U.S. or in Africa. The little details like what church he and his family attend or even what denomination or Christian offiliation he has matters.

Because Trump is less Christian than a Muslim, he spouts nonsense, most of which is highly stupid. Why are Africans flocking to this mess? Good question.

Some unusual reasons my fellow Africans give for welcoming a Trump victory

But Africans at home and in the Diaspora – what is their business supporting a guy who described their continent as a “shithole” and has worn his anti-immigrant rhetoric on his sleeves?

It didn’t seem to make sense that anyone who saw Trump 1.0 would ever dream or wish for the second version. But now, he’s back. He even has the Supreme Court and the Senate in his red corner.

The hope is that Trump 2.0 will not be an exception. Here, Diasporans are not too far from their black cousins in the US. An NAACP poll in September showed that one in four black men under 50 supported Trump for president.

Trump 1.0 showed tough love towards Africa, but it was on his watch, for example, that the US finally authorised the sale to Nigeria of the much-needed fighter jets for the prosecution of the war on Boko Haram, which President Barack Obama had blocked for eight years. For his part, President Joe Biden will only make a brief visit – his first to Africa in four years – to Angola on his way out of the White House.

This article didn't explain much behind their thoughts, he the author also lied when he claimed that the United States economy was better off under Republican leadership.

However one huge lie this African writer above left out, Trump is not a Republican, MAGA politicians are not Republicans at all. There was always a 2 party system in the United States, however MAGA are an extreme, right wing hate group.

That African writer seems to think that they are one in the same, also many people continue to claim half of the United States population voted for Trump, that is not true. Half of 334 million people did not vote for Trump, many U.S. citizens didn't even bother to vote at all.
